There is a clan war on Sunday at 13:00 UTC, for players Sergeant-Major to WO5. You attending?

 

I just did 1 mission a day on skiil ad partcipated in contests to get soo many kits.

Nice. I try to stick with 1 mission a day, and I do participate in the QOTW (V-log) and the Thinking Challenge. 

How to get crystals with less experience: go play Poly CP's, in general, just play high-battle-fund games. Wasp-fire is also great, and XPBP is okay. Try not to duel though, that gives little crystals.

1. I thought it was Sergeant-Major to WO5? I can create the battle. Friend me if you haven't already.

2. 7 VS 7... I don't think we have so much members who can participate, what happens if only 3 show up? (I'm expecting 3 or 4)

3. 3 rounds 30 min??? You mean 1.5 hours? I can't play that long, I think I can only do one round, after that I may have to go anytime.

4. Please, if you're participating (from HD) please post so I will know who will show up, I don't want this war to be a boring 2 v 2.

 Understood. Our war leader will create the Battle (Noise 7v7 on RU10 ) for ranks to , and join Blue team. He will invite you, and you will invite your team. There will be 3 15 minute rounds, unless one team wins 2 in a row.

Seeing the shortage of trainers, I would also like to propose training

 

I will hold training for gissmo to major(or lowest rank present there) from 10:30 to 11:30 UTC every WEEKDAY. It will be a xp/bp Clan vs random but if enough or any people do not come I will cry in a corner,   I will simply XP battles. this system will become irregular in october-onwards tho so this is temporary.

Separately - ideas on how to earn more crystals?  What really pushes up the number?  Just looking on the ratings, I have 11,901 in experience, but only 5,785 in crystals this week.  That's like half.  I've seen people with double.  What's the inside scoop?  :ph34r:  Please help!

Don't change missions that give repair kits, especially in bulk, or some other supply you are low on. Supply missions dont give the right supplies most of the time but give you more worth in supplies than crystals. (i.e. 500 xp mission gives 500 crys and 1K worth supplies)

Guys i got epic idea. We can divide clan in 2 sections 

1- Brigadier and above with good m3 equipment

2- rest of the world

 

We can hold seperate wars for both the divisions as we rarely  never get wars 

Nice, but the term "divide" just makes it sound too severe. I have constructed a plan (DoS you approve?)

Dragonets: Change so that it is Master Sergeant to WO5.

Dragons: Third Lieu. to Captain (This way, more high-ranks will apply to the clan, adjust this as you wish DoS)

Elder Dragons: Major to Colonel

Superior Dragon Club: Brigadier to Generalissmo

           Superior Dragon Counsel: 2-3 chosen members of the group to organize themselves

Keep in mind, the Left/Right Talon Dragon and Leader can have a say on what the Superior Dragon Club does. The cresteds can also vote on them, however, Cresteds can become Superior Dragon Counsel Members.

I know that this will demote many members (yes, including myself), but this way more Generalissmos and higher ranks are more willing to apply, as this clan is transitioning from the "get as many members as you can" mood to the "We need the best members for our clan" mood. We need to refine the members who apply, and reform how trainings and classification (explained above) work.
