Okay, this is brainstorming for ideas that will make our clan stronger:

 

Clan events, including STG  Yes!

Trainings? Once I have a stable school schedule, I will tell you if I can host one. It will probably be every other week, though.  Yes, I will pick 1 date also!

Rank up parties for members  Yes - but in which city?!?  Or talking about a blow up party in a certain map - whoever ranks goes in the centre of everyone else, and we all fire at the same time!??

Get to know everyone's favorite combo so we are better prepared for clan war  Yes - my fave is Viking/Twins, at least for now!

Have a post in the first page for "best photos of the week/month"  ok

If someone is multing in our clan, (in the forum) put a :excl: next to their name. Inactive members should be removed quickly and swiftly. If someone has been on a LoA, put them in a special LoA category on the first page. This way when we see the members it is easier to know which members are active, and could be online.  ok

Don't accept bad applicants. In fact, after "accepting" an applicant he/she will be put on a trial period of up to one to two weeks. If we feel that the person is not as good as his/her application, then we can kick the person out. Otherwise, he/she is accepted.  seems reasonable

​Guys, I need to apologize to you. Lately I have been somewhat bored with Tanki, and I have been slightly inactive and have neglected to post or update the clan page regularly enough. It took me over a week to update the clan page with war results! That is unacceptable. I didn't do a good job preparing for that war either. We weren't organized, only skill and OP equipment gave us the victory. We haven't had many (if any) trainings recently, and the XP/BP squad is in disarray. I let this happen, and I am to blame. Again, I am sorry, and I need to make sure that this does not happen again.

Guys if some1 told me how to hold trainings I might be able to hold a training this Saturday 10:00 UTC+1 ^_^ Non XP/BP.

All you have to do is tell everyone the rank range, time (you've got that covered!), format (and that!), whether pro pass is required, and what special tactics/maneuvers are being practiced (if any, not all trainings need to be tactics drills).

You're not the only one who hates Tanki right now. I just am bored with the lag, mults, hackers, and I always have been! I created a clan not for the purpose of winning a million clan wars -- though we did that :P -- but to play a fair, balanced round where everyone is playing a legitimate, non multing no noobs no hacking no drugging (we turn those off  :ph34r:) so Tanki doesn't suck when we're playing together. I have had some of the most hilare debates in my trainings, and I remember BP >>>>>> XP  :( I made TM so Tanki wouldn't suck, so we could team in DMs and wreck noobs, join the same Poly CP team and wreck noobs, troll some random clanmate and wreck them, and after that, laugh about it. That's what a clan is, NOT a million wars. I will never close my clan or quit Tanki as long as it survives. If I need to leave Tanki I will give leadership to my 2nd in command allseeingeye_tanki, or merge with HD/UGH. (you can count those 4 wins if we merge with you k)

 

I think the reason that school has started is why clan has started becoming inactive

You guys aren't the only ones. We only have enough people on for clan domination, not training. Teaming in an Island DM with 5 guys is always good fun though. Make sure to bring some drugs, and you'll see everyone run.

 

Edit: What a sentimental post, quoted by another one. Sentimental is sentimental without the mental. Oh and yeah gamers are mental :P

DOS, give the cresteds more power. And reduce their number to 5. This would be better as it would imply the cresteds are active (which I think they are?)

"HAPPY DRAGONS" Tournament

SECTIONS:

XP/BP: In this section, competitors will face each other in long range map in the beginning stages and a smaller map in the later games. The longer maps will be OSA/KUNGUR/PARMA. The smaller maps will be SANDBOX/ZONE/COURAGE. The competitors will play 3 rounds in each of the games in the group stages, 1 on each of thes maps. At the end of their games, the winner will have to show me the ending results and scores of all 3 games.

 

Rules for XP/BP:

1. It has to be in proper XP/BP format

2. No Micro-Upgrades

3. No Auto-Finish

4. Only 1 v 1's

5. No golds

6. No supplies

7. No drop boxes

8. No time limit and5 flags in the bigger maps and 7 in the smaller ones.

 

 

SECTION 2: No-Format

In this section, competitors will have the option to chose whatever hull, turret, and protection that they choose. There shall be 3 maps and 3 rounds per game. The first map is Berlin, the second is Duality and the third is Zone. Again, the winner has to present all scores of all 3 games to me.

Rules:

No supplies or drops allowed

No auto finish

Battle will take 20 minutes, 5 to get ready and 15 to play

There shall be no flag limit

Yes golds!

 

The prizes shall be 1 Golden Wrench to each winner, a tangled turret to second place and a badge to 3rd, 4th, and 5th of each sections. I will also give some aditional prizes if I feel that they are deserved. You can participate in both competitions and if you win both, you will get 1 blue sphere.

Some people may not feel like posting continually - just because they don't post daily doesn't mean they're disloyal. That being said, it's true that there are many "members" who really aren't at all active in this clan. I think three days inactive is too strict, one week would be better. (I thought we already had one week and out but I'm not sure).

Elder is just based on rank, it doesn't really affect your position in the clan. You can't be "promoted" to Elder by virtue of being a good clan member or anything.

I would like to apologise for the post 2 above. I was quite angry because some people have been saying that believeinthebanana should be elder. I have been in for away longer, and trying to think of something to help the clan with. Anyone with anything that they need help on, plz PM me and i would be HAPPY to help.
