Agreed, this should prolly be decided. I wouldn't say the person would be a new leader, just kinda like a stand-in leader for accepting applications and stuff. It would be like the person has authority to accept applications and do some other small things, but not to start wars and make alliances.

Obvious choices would be Zen and Gnatty as Talons lol (and people who are capable of making good judgements :P) but that's if they can be active - they're busy too, I think, especially since Zen is a reporter

On a side note, do you guys think I should apply for Battle Moderator once I am old enough and/or have a high enough rank? I feel like I would b able to do the position well, although I've heard its tough.

battle mod would be cool. Although chat mods seem to be needed more (no ban me tho plz) and reported would be great . The I have an alt that I'm just waiting for the applications to be opened and I'll apply it for chat mod

Looking back, this wasn't one of the Apps that DoSsY reviewed last week.  Still open.  But then I've seen your wish to have it withdrawn.  That is OK.  We apologize for the slow days of winter...

It's obvious DoS is getting busy, so do we need a substitute leader or not.

We have substitute leaders - in and @KillerGnat.  Failing that, a duo or trio of Cresteds could possibly help.  Though I'd be more inclined to put 1 in charge who has the time and maturity, with maybe a couple of others within a PM circle that can converse on topics of need.

However, the other issue is having the ability to keep the HomePage updated for new members and changes / upcoming battles or news / etc...  @DragonOfStorms would need to hand that off.  Pity that we can't get a weekly/monthly Skype of Leadership or something too, to highlight Clan issues?
