Guys, this was DDOS's last post. On deck - 9. I think we should start thinking about putting our heads together and finding a suitable fill in leader for the times that DDOS is away, such as now. (I'm not saying that this person takes over the clan completely, just that they have power to do things that nobody else can do, as DOS has, when DOS is away.)

As I mentioned before, I believe anyone should be able to apply for leader, so long as they get a majority vote from Cresteds/Talons.

 

And as Blaster mentioned before, we may need a bit more than a substitute leader to stay alive.

I remember reading some of the original ideas on Talons - I think back then, all members could put forwards any name that would be considered.  Maybe there needs to be a minimum of 3 members suggesting a name for it to be valid.  Then the Cresteds and Talons (and DoSsY) could finalize a decision?  Of course, we still need @DragonOfStorms to provide someone the access to make updates to the HomePage, or have a way to reach him to do so when necessary (sharing with the Anti-Mult-Leader personal email?).

 

However, I still hold out hope that @DragonOfStorms will be back more frequently...!

I agree with all members being part of the choice. As long as they get a majority vote from Cresteds and Talons, with Talons counting as 2 votes because rank stuff, I'd be happy with whoever becomes leader. And yes of course, Talons/Cresteds can vote for each other.
