II just bought Railgun M3; it is a sensational beast in XP/BP..

I have somehow altered my style of play, and I think I might prefer XP over BP now... but that's just because I have Hornet M3, and Wasp M2.

 

I played today and I had 25k after I bought rail; i currently stand at 34k because of the XP/BP battles, as well as catching 2 golds in them :)

 

I even managed tomaintain my score sustainable enough for the entire game. I started as 6th, and the guy below me was a gissimo. We were building pretty quickly, and I managed to snag a sneaky 3rd :ph34r: :ph34r:

Now I know I am not a nug, because I was able to progress as quickly as the best player in our team (a legend rank)

When I joined, the score gap between me and 1st (the same player) was around 225, and at the end of the match, the difference was 250 230 :wub: :wub: points

And that, my friend, is why tanki is gonna die. Recently, I was playing DotA, a far more RAM intensive game, and I can join and play it with no lag. I never play tanki anymore. Because it's laggy as heck.

Calamity! Disaster! It turns out that I have to go somewhere on Saturday, and will be returning around 15:00 UTC, when the war starts. So, I will come for the war, but won't have enough time to organise people. So please be mature enough to organize yourselves, or if you need advice ask ExtremeTiger or SUPER_STAR. Considering you are only WO 5 and have used almost 3k of each drug, I would have thought that your kdr would be at least over 4.0...

I second this sentiment, like pls, there are other turrets in Tanki Online besides Railgun.

I think the reason that people like Railgun is because they have been conditioned to think that it's the best thing to use all the time, and in every situation. Railgun can be effective, but it isn't always the best pick. XP/BP combat is beautiful, but in many places not useful.
