Well, do you have:

 

-Some noteworthy stories and articles in the AWC?

-Positive feedback on your stories and articles?

-Squeaky clean karma? (No bad incidents in the past 6 months or so - no bans, no warnings, no nominations for the like)

-Great answers to the Newspaper Reporter application form sent in PM?

-Plenty of patience?

 

If the answer to all of the above is 'yes', then congratulations. Wait for the Newspaper Admin to reply.

If even one of them is 'no', then fix that first, then apply/re-apply.

 

Total decision taken in haste is always wrong. Think 7 times before leaving. Just answer me do you think our clan has potential of improving or not. Just one person and you put this decision. Discuss it with leaders and solve the problem. This is just my thinking do whateer you want but remember doing haste is the work of a devil

Ditto. If going to post in HD is a daily habit that you find hard to break, you may as well not retire at all. Don't bother unless there's an important IRL issue that is legitimately forcing you to spend little to no time here.

 

HD really breaking down unless Gnatty and Sagi become stricter (mynoob also LoL)

I went hyper-strict for a day and I'm pretty sure at least 3 people lost faith in humanity.

 

But let's put jokes aside.

 

See, being strict or not isn't the problem, it's how we go about it. If you're strict but fair, good for you. If you're strict and unknowledgeable, then that is a very big problem. And besides, the problems we are facing, if we can even call them problems (Members leaving, minor spam, what's fresh. Not that much of a big deal, unless they start increasing in amount again), aren't being caused by lack of discipline. What is causing these "problems" is the general community. Tanki Forums are a place to be laid-back and really chill about things, and that's how everyone acts. We want to preserve that (Partly to avoid breaking the rules) as best as possible, and so encouraged it here. Spam resulted, we became proud of it, and voila - here we are.

 

If everyone legitimately wants to stop the spam for whatever reason, then help out in small ways:

 

-Reply walls in spoilers.

-Take. Minor. Discussions. To. Skype. Or. Discord.

-Arguments and the like to PMs, no excuses.

-At least one helpful comment per post. Don't reply with 'lol' and that's it, or something similar.

 

Have been to lots of gaming groups before , Even the best of their game and have seen their Demise with my own eyes due to the problem we r facing

Buddy I've been to many, many more serious groups like this facing far more serious problems, and this state HD is currently in is not the start of its demise. Trust me.
