At M3 level, Smokey is best. You may have seen a kit Huntsman(Smokey M2+ Hornet M3) . Even Smokey M2 can compete with all M3s.So smokey M3 is the most OP M3. It was more OP before but after rebalance it became less poweful but still its OP.
