A game is a hobby to a player: such that he wants to improve his skills in that game.

 

Similarly, I want to improve this clan. I am not an old member of this clan at all, but this clan is family to me, just like how FJ is the nest of birds for me. In time, that nest is to grow and reach out.

 

That is exactly what I want to do: improve this clan. In my opinion, the clan has flawed rules, improper organization, lack of morale co-operation, flawed applications, and poor skill checking. Several ideas were received by @KillerGnat when he made the forms, however, I doubt that many were implemented. Why not? Though you may not be the 'real' leader, as a stand in you have to look out for the clan. But where were you when SLT left and Gab got kicked? So why not let a Dragon, a Dragon like me, start doing reform? Though ordinary civilians can reform as well, it is too slow. We need speed lads! If we want to be a Tier 1 clan, we need to meliorate ourselves, we need to get ourselves off the seat, and start marching towards the dread. Only then may we thrive.

 

I am tired of sick of lying around and waiting for the Talons to take action. It is time that we, as a whole take action: and that is what I am doing. I would like to apply for crested, nay, cause massive development to this clan. May the Crested Votes be in my favor, and Development in Happy Dragon's.

And now, I'm gonna address the racist issues and the reasons for kicking certain people. I know Flabs already closed the matter, but so many people have questions that I've decided to just sum up everything in one post. Honestly, I don't see what's so hard to understand about all this....

 

SLT broke the game rules by talking about politics. You don't need me to tell you that breaking the rules results in a strike -- it's there in big letters on the front page. Flabs carried out his job as LTD and issued the strike with a warning to stop, SLT got mad and continued, and, after Flabs gave him a second strike, he left. We all know that SLT is among the most respected members of the clan but when it comes down to it, rule-breaking is rule-breaking. I stand by Flabs' decision to strike. If SLT would like to re-join in the future, he may. He won't take his crested position back though. If you have anything against this decision, PM me.

 

The decision to kick Gab was slightly less straight-forward. His anger at the power being given to Pen was definitely justified, but his reaction wasn't. Calling the HD hierarchy racist because of a small misunderstanding isn't proper conduct. Period. And given the fact that it's been nearly a day since he began his racist rant and he's still talking about it (even after repeated warnings to stop), at least a strike is warranted. That, in addition to his other warnings, is enough reason to kick. Again, if you think that I'm being too harsh or am misunderstanding the problem, PM me. 

 

Finally, the HD hierarchy are not racist -- we're human. We make mistakes, we're misinformed; basically, we ain't perfect. Problems like this will continue to rise up, but it's how we deal with them that shows what we're made of. I think lotsa us have lost sight of what HD is supposed to be. It's no longer the close-knit bunch of friends who just wanna have a good time away from the pressures of real life. We've had much more of an antagonistic attitude towards basically everything -- from political viewpoints, to problems on how the clan is run (one big exception to this is Limmy, he's like the best  :wub: love ya). I take partial blame for this, 'cause a leader needs to be active to solve problems like this before they even come up.

 

Just remember, this is a place to unwind; to deal with the stress of life. As the leader, it's my responsibility to try to deal with personal problems between clan members. If you clearly state your problem, I promise I'll look at it without partiality. If this had been done in Gab and SLT's case, they might still be in the clan and (I wouldn't have had to write this enormous text wall -.-).

 

So yeah, I hope that may have helped somewhat in clearing things up and whatnot. Still glad to be a part of this clan, despite all the problems <3. I hope that we'll be able to learn from our mistakes and continue on being the happiest EN clan c:

The actual reason for which is less clear, but it's pretty clear to everyone that PPS would be an extraordinary Crested, even if purely by judging how much effort he put into his actions.

 

What I don't like is this talk of PPS for leader. Leadership is gained through seeing how well a person runs their part of the clan, and not only through oratory skills. That's what got a certain Austrian elected Chancellor of Germany.

 

 

And before anyone even so much as mentions it, I would never intend for PPS to be compared to said Austrian. PPS is a great guy - he's chill, he knows his stuff. I'm simply stating that we should have more care in this matter. Even if as a joke.

Funniest joke I have seen on the internet XD. I joined this club because I expected it to be amazing (and gab invited to me). It isn't though, is it? It is not even Tier 1. I want it to be in Tier 1. In case you didn't click on the spoilers, click it. I am more of a guy who does stuff when he gets stuff. Sure, I may not keep up with my words and bring HD into a Massive War with the other clans which results in 15 million soldiers dead , a crested can't possibly ruin a clan can he? Saw zen & dedicated in battle and decided to join it was a few people and then many friends join when awesome started drugging I drugged back and could not stop from there so good DL and I reached great speeds could catch up to any flag carrier and kill them. Isida with double damage and nitro makes a good combination.

I'd just like to say real quick that I have the utmost respect for your formatting.  :P  It looks quite good. Overall I do have to agree with most of the changes and stuff that you suggested, although I only had time to read through them briefly for now. I'll probably take another look at them later. But good job taking initiative! I personally have no problem with people who don't have authority trying to get things done to benefit the organization they are part of, but as I've said to someone (I don't remember who  :P ) be careful not to overstep yourself. I know from experience that sounding professional without authority is a quick way to generate salt and create enemies, even if it's a good thing.

That's good. According to the poll that I got a while back we lack some defensive players, so hopefully that might be someone who could help out in wars if he seems like a good enough person to accept into the clan.

I do get what Abs is saying. I do want to say that in matters concerning who should be doing what in the clan, I am by no means swayed by the opinions and thoughts of other people. All my opinions are my own. I agree PPS is a mature and respectable individual, but I'm definitely going to avoid making rash claims and thoughts. And your example is a fitting one.

 

How come we lost Domination Series then?

Mostly because we were trying to go up against people with Voice Communication, extensive training, and good teamwork while we had none of that. On top of that, we were trying to mash together groups of people pretty much regardless of timezone, so people like me ended up playing pretty early in the morning which probably gave us less-than-ideal brainpower and reaction time.  :P 

 

Overall we'd need to train harder, assign roles and train people in those roles specifically, plan what equipment is being used further ahead of time and training with that equipment, working on team maneuvers, practicing more on all eSports maps, and establishing a Skype call or whatever so that we can actually communicate beyond short messages in game chat.
