These clans [...] are simply not interested in moving up the ladder.

Primary reasons why this happened? (HD not getting a promotion to a higher "league")

• You guys keep glorifying spam despite many of us telling you all not to. DO NOT SPAM ANYMORE.
• People reluctant about Skype. (That's another thing, forget about this for now.)
• We are nowhere close to getting busy with training. This is disorganization. We have tried holding Medium format and XP/BP training, but some of you need to make sure you don't cause fights and follow what's being told. As simple as that.
• Maybe you noticed this too but never did something about it? Maybe you did but this is still valid. - 90% of our clan page is arguments, flaming and is way too casual. Stick to skype for conversations, we have over 40 people in.
• Stop caring about clan positions, please. Seriously, they are just ranks which come with a few responsibilities. Not everyone needs it and not everyone will get it either. We have pages and pages of campaigns for the same.
• Get XP/BP. Rank up. Accept invites. Don't just expect to be put in wars without being battle-ready. This is one of the only reasons why we don't have enough clan wars in the first place. We aren't a well-oiled unit from any angle.

I'm really going to crack down on any violations from now on. Stay here if you want to be in a good group friends and/or good fighting squad. This is like a wake-up call.

Ranks: Captain-FieldMarshal

 

Format: Medium

-          No Isidas

-          Each player on a team must use a different turret (leader’s responsibility).

-          No Protection Modules

-          Maximum 3 Medium hull (Viking, Hunter, Dictator). Rest must be light hulls.

 

4x 12 minutes rounds (2 mins prep each round)

Drops ON

Gold Boxes OFF

Supplies OFF

Alterations OFF

Micro-Upgrades OFF

Substitutes allowed.

 

Max. two M3s per team.

 

 

No more delays, no more changes. For the leader during the war, whoever is the highest ranking dragon present (Crested, Talon, etc.) will lead and ensure order is in place. Do not disobey them.

I agree. I am also planning to start daily XP BP trainings in esports maps. Our clan needs heck allota practice to get in tier 2. 

Well, It would have been great if I had control over XP BP squadron but nah, leave it. 

And guys talking about tribute, accept my invites if I am inviting you to tribute (unless you are playing a no lifer battle like TruthTeller) . I shall plan the tactics.

I don't have that much lag problem, i have disconnectivity problem which i think will never get fixed as long as I live in Pakistan.

A good question. Let me tell you the whole story beginning from

Grove. I once met him in a quiet server and he told me that I can be in his clan(I wasn't in HD) I agreed and he made the clan Grove street Families. He kept on saying trainings begins next month and when it came, he closed the clan(account used Grove4-life)He said a new clan will soon come but he joined HD. Soon I came to know HD from SLt and FJ and I applied and I got accepted ( I never consider myself being in GSF clan as it was just nothing but a forum clan with my name). Grove then told he is leaving and made new account "Grove". He soon made new clan WOW and told me join but I denied. Back then Spin got rejected by DOS so he joined TM junior group but it got closed. He joined WOW then. Soon grove told again he is leaving and gave leadership to DamnFast(his another alt) The alt then soon hided the clan page and so WOW was shut. Now it just reopened and leadership has been given to Aston(another alt of grove). But spin hasn't reconfirmed his member nor he will(I have said him no). No Spin was in WOW and not is

I am noob and I have M4 equipment but didn't make the cut, so don't feel bad. The in-game clan spaces will expand.

Dang, another 6 weeks of physio!  Good luck with that.  Not sure what the issue was, but I train at the Athlete Training Centre in Canada - they work with athletes in NHL (pro hockey), NLL (pro lacrosse), along with national + college varsity level soccer, rugby and more.  Have lots of ideas for active mobility, if you care to PM.

Also, have you heard of FST?  Fascial Stretch Therapy?  Find a good Level 3 FST therapist - awesome for stretching and mobility also!!

Thanks Zen for the post.  I think a lot of people have enjoyed the friendships, discussions and entertainment of the past.  It can still exist, although in unregulated Skype instead of Forum.  I'm sure many people (self-included), went looking for a Clan -> for training, wars, learning new tricks, etc...  Maybe one of the MODs would be open to having a Skype (or Discord) call with the Clan leaders, elders or everyone?  Since most higher tiered clans won't take anyone in under a Gissimo, and we have been making things up as we went along, would be nice to understand the "expected" dynamics and have some direction / tutelage / mentorship from those who have gone through it before us??  :ph34r:
