Yay! I used my Dictator/Vulcan M2 combo and successfully brought it into battle and was great even playing against Majors! @fordmustang12345 was also in the previous battle. Good Game!

Sorry for not replying, I thought I already quoted this. Anywhere, here it goes:

 

You are right on the first quarter, and the third quarter, but I would like to object the rest. I (think) I know what Zen's training are like. He goes into a battle, asks them what equipments they have, and tells them to take specific equipments in a method so that they do not overlap. Players can decide which team to choose, only equipment hinders them.

 

War and Trainings are different. I will start talking about the trainings first: the above mention methods sounds good right? But what if I told you that equipment is not the only thing you have to keep in mind in a real situation. Not everyone in this clan is a pro. Not everyone in this clan is a noob. Normally, in trainings, the skills of players are not equalized. Let me give you an example: Suppose a training was a football match. Both team has (don't ask why) 5 players, but the red team has more skills, so obviously the game will be one-sided. Equipment can be decided quickly 5 minutes ere the training, but not skills. You need to add each team's skills up to make sure that it is balanced. Don't believe me? Here are some examples:

Now look at the above battle. I skill leveled the battle before it started. Skill leveling (making sure both teams has equal strengths) gives a result like this. Fairly balanced game play. Tanki should learn from me how to make gameplay more balanced XD

See the difference between the first two battles and the last one? (I didn't have the picture of the first match, so sorry). Does this prove my point that the method I used to make training balances out the teams even more? 

 

About wars: Wars are different. My training was not a preparation for a war or anything. The point you made about Zenith was for wars, in which, he makes a training just before the war. In war, you don't need to level the skills. You just need to make sure your team is good enough (and everything is well) to go. Since I haven't been in a war yet, I can not fully talk about this. 

 

I understand the method I used had a lot of flaws, but is there any other methods? I am not as good as Zenith, Gnat, or may be even you to both skill level and not overlap equipment so quickly. At least, I am trying the best I can to improve the clan. If my google form method will not work, and my mind is too weak to both skill level and change equipment before the training, could you please give a better method? I am not trying to be rude (even though I am acting rude), I just want to see the clan in a higher level than before. 

 

Remember that today will be a training at 2:30 pm (0 UTC), please do try to come. I will try my best to make this training even better.

Had a couple of GGs today.

 

 

Played with Bes and a real life friend. We were down 30-60 or so but lekso and I turned it around. 

 

We were down 4-7 in this one but then zo7 joined and basically took us to victory while I defended. Psycogamer was in for most of the game but had to leave. Podey was a former HD member and real life friend, and Bes joined right at the end. Look at Dave totally wrecking  B) Higher ranks got nothing on him.

Mk y'all, let's face it. Our organisation in the Noise CTF was awful. That's kinda to be expected cause we didn't have any strategies and we've never played in Noise as a clan before. We shouldn't have been that bad though. 

 

So here's my decision. Next official training we're gonna try to be on call. I'll talk over the details with the high people, but probably we're gonna have discord calls. Maybe have two separate chats for each team. ANYONE WHO IS ON-CALL DURING THE TRAINING WILL RECEIVE POINTS ON THE LEADERBOARD. I was thinking 10 points, but I might bump that up actually. I might not be actually on-call because my internet connection is bad (ask anyone who tried to have a conversation with me last time we called... <_<) and my computer will lag, but I'll try.

1: Do not use MajorAnnoucementXXX for this type of notifications. Use MinorAnnouncementXXX. MajorAnnouncementXXX is for wars, leadership changes, major topic changes, etc.

2: I can come to call whenever I want, it is just that I need headphones/earphones. Previously I used to use my brother's headphones, but since my brother only listened to music and did not study, dad took it away. So... mm... nope for me. If I get the chance to steal borrow my mom's earphone, I will try to come to calls.
