*groan* NO WAY. What if no-one spammed that week, yet one person who had been referring to a lot of ideas that week is labelled as a spammer and gets a punishment unfairly? Totally a bad idea. Why not just award the punishment when its needed rather than selecting one person a week to get punished.

It's exceptional if noone spams in a week noone will get punished. And any post which will be for the betterment of the clan will not count as spam.How did you thought that the leaders and elders will punish a guy who is referring ideas?

And it's honestly better for the leaders to have free reign over who gets punished or not. If weekly punishment is mandatory, regardless of whether rules have been broken or not, then someone innocent will take the blame.

 

 

For your ruleset, this might happen:

 

Everyone is in line, nothing bad happens. Person x has been talking a whole lot, but it's helpful and isn't spam. However, since punishment is mandatory, someone must take the blame, and so the person who's been talking the most, Person x, gets punished, even though he didn't break any rules.

 

For what's in place currently:

It isn't perfect, mostly because not many people here are keen to hand out punishment and take the hate of whoever it occurred upon, but it's the best we've thought of so far.

You have been around longer than my days in Tanki have seen, ever since my infancy.

You have been in HD, you have not been in HD.  You have been classed as a Legendary Dragon (even tho u r only a Gissimooo), and you have been removed from the list.

 

But the one thing I will always remember, is all the love that you have shared, with me, and with so many in this Clan.

the rank bracket is from Major to Legend normally. Sometimes is goes as low as captain. But that is usually the max.

However, if there are many ranks Lower that want to join, I can work something out :)
