First tournament will be 1v1s.

Most of you will remember me, but some of you may not. I was a... relatively high ranked member of the clan, before disappearing months ago. Those who remember me are probably mad at me for leaving, especially with so many things changing and the clan needing to be reorganized.

I'm going to try to explain my absence, in a rambling sort of way. If you're not interested in reading it, or if you're still upset over my disappearance I guess I can't really blame you. It was selfish, and I'm not proud of it. All I can really say is sorry.

 

 

    Anyway, it was a couple weeks after we were eliminated from the Domination Series that I started to become inactive. I was much more discouraged then I let on about our defeat, and I had let schoolwork pile up. To tell the truth, I had been spending far too much time on TO in the weeks leading up to the series, when I really ought to have been studying. I kind of gave up on the clan. I essentially quit the game, and moved on. Or so I thought. With everything going on in my life I really didn't think about TO, or HD, at all for at least a month or two. Whenever TO related thoughts (HD related thoughts, really) came up I just ignored them. I figured the clan was dead, and everyone would be mad at me, so there wouldn't be anything to go back to. Honestly, I also couldn't bring myself to write an apology before this - although I lost some sleep thinking about what I'd say if I did.

 

    Yesterday though, I opened up the TO forum. I don't know why, I didn't plan to play the game ever again. The first place I looked? The archives. I expected to see HD there. I recognized several of the clan names from other clans that started after us, but HD wasn't there. So I looked here. I couldn't believe my eyes. Not only is HD still here, but it had grown. As I read through the clan page and the clan documents, I saw the info on members page. I'll admit, I was annoyed at first when I saw 'betrayal' listed next to my in game hours. However, I really have no right to be - that's exactly what I did. I betrayed you all. Yet you're more organized, you're tougher, and you've renovated the clan page. It seems you've done fine without me. You've done what I never managed to do. However, I'd like to be a part of the clan again. I'm not sure I deserve to take up any sort of leadership position though. I'll be in contact with the highest ranking members of the clan to discuss what position, if any, I will be taking in the clan.

 

One more thing. For those who wish to contact me, please PM my @DragonOfTheMist account. I will not be using this account in game or in forum for a while. It still feels wrong.

Hi. I'm new here. Not much skill but at least you'll smile or laugh when you see me play. I also do gold avalanches. Right now I am LoA from the game - medical reasons. (Too much rage quitting  :ph34r:  :P )

Minor Announcement

 

Hello everybody. First of all I would like to say welcome to DOS who has come back to our clan and become leader. Now coming to the main reason for my anouncement:

 

I will be returning to tankionline soon at July 25 I think. My LoA can be removed then. I would like to tell that the website for our clan is done and ready to come online in another day or two. There is a section called schedules tab so that all events can be posted and that it wouldn't be flooding the clan page and would be very convienient for the members to analyse the events. I would like to request that whoever is posting events and war events, please PM me so that the webpage can be updated.

I was expecting to come back from my long period of inactivity with a short apology and jump right back in with the trainings, but wow.... I'm probably happier than anyone with Dos's reappearance. I've been waiting for this almost a year <3. Zenith (the new rank and name suits you, btw ;)) and I have both been leaders for a time, but there wasn't any thought of taking our great draconic leaders name off the page. Glad you're back Dossy  ^_^.

 

That being said, I feel like I should account for my inactivity. Since I've arrived back in the US, I've been doing loads of stuff that have kept me from my post as RTD. I'm sorry, but you may have to live with it this way until the end of the month at least. Until then, I'll try to post at least once a week or so and maybe even get on Skype.

Yayyy! DDoS is back! :)) I've really been missing having you gone. It's been a bit hard for all of our leaders to not be here, but now, the clan feels...complete. All is forgiven, and I'm pretty sure that everyone agrees. :wub:

 

I was wondering why my mobile Skype was freezing up, since I haven't dared to view it for a week looked at it in a while. I might have to delete and redownload it. Thanks, guys. :/

 

I've been off Tanki for a week, since my sister took the laptop for a college event. To be honest, the break has been kind of freeing. I can't wait to test out my new m3/m3 combo!
