Not without an invite. You can get an invitation by friending a member of the clan, they will test you in battles. If they think you are good, they will invite you. The member must be Crested or higher.

No bachoo, any member can invite a player. I don't think dragonets can invite. Mostly any dragons can invite.

 

EDIT: Dear Dragons, even though I am not in the clan, please keep the spam down. I have noticed the sudden rise in the number of posts. I would be nice if the clan does not get closed down.

Also, Mr.Optimistic, please calm yourself. You'll make people feel unwelcome here if you keep threatening them. That means no applying tankers. I'd apply but I've been in too many noob clans where the leaders were crap and kicked me or I had to leave because there was no sense of direction, so I appear to be a clan hopper of my own accord. Anyway, that's off topic - just stop. idc if you dont care if I have friends here or not. Most of my comments here lately have been clan-related, such as trying my luck in asking to join again. So, if you'd please, stay off my back.
 
I understand how you guys feel about spam and how you all nearly not shut down for it. However, it doesn't mean that the mods will just close you up because something off topic was said. It's when it gets out of hand it becomes am issue, such as producing 5 pages of comments a day. It's really slowed a LOT here, so I don't think just a small bit of off topic talk will be a problem. You're making me feel HD's clan topic (Not just Skype) is exclusive ONLY to HD members. That's not a very good thing when the clan thread is a public place for people

But there's a pretty drastic difference between valuable conversation (asking about re-applying, talking about RC, and other actual topics) than making spammy posts with Personia. I respect you wanting to converse, and that's fine, but let's make any discussion actually discussion worth having.

rip I got kicked ): I was gonna leave the clan anyway since I'm not interested in Tanki anymore; I've been playing this game for about five years now and Tanki is getting really boring now and I hate druggers lol. Even if I did like Tanki, I won't be able to play it on my windows XP computers since the game keeps crashing and it pisses me off ._. Dad won't let me get a job until I'm 16 too so I can't get myself a new computer. I also want to stop gaming altogether since I think it's more important to be more social with people in real life; people get more stressed if they spend too much time sitting on a computer and gaming for more than one hour a day can cause inappropriate problems :P I've also had private issues too lol.

 

The only reason why I haven't left earlier is because I thought I'd pick up an interest for Tanki again, but it turns out I haven't. I'm surprised that the clan could operate without a clan clown xD I might go on Tanki once per three months and if I like it I'll consider reapplying. Even if half the clan made me cringe all the time and I barely done anything I still enjoyed being in this clan and I hope you guys do well in the future <3

Guyyyys, do we seriously need to be so harsh to non-clan members spamming? Not singling you out, Par, your post was just the most recent in a long string. We don't have jurisdiction over anyone outside of the clan, so it's no use demolishing our reputation with threats. Sliced and Per are both former members, and while they maybe weren't the most exemplary dragons we've ever had, they were our friends. Let's not threaten them with mods....

He is mostly active, but he got an opposite time zone, maybe around UTC-5, that's why we can't see him online. Well if you look at the post above yours, it's clear that DOS liked it. So he's active on forum too. If you want to talk to him, just message him on skype or PM him on forum, but that would take some time.
