I don't really think we'll get a ban now...as we spammed around 150-200 pages in 2 days and still not ban. Plus the moderators approved of spamming, gnat posted pic which is buried around 250-350 pages back.

Here's an update everyone. The voting can be done only on our Discord server - if you are a member and you don't have an account yet, get one:

 

 

 

Hey everyone, little revamp is coming up. We gotta get people jobs to do around here and fast. I want you to elect who you think will be the best person for...

 

1. Organizing trainings. Two people would be ideal - one for more eastern timezones, the other for those in the west. One is fine too, but they'd probably have to prepare for the job more.

 

2. Recruiting. We need someone to get out and spread the word on TO - we're accepting. Get people who meet the minimum rank requirement, preferably good friends with the recruiter, and loyal, we'll get to them. This person may answer to a higher-up dragon, but they may also work alone. We'll work that out in a little bit.

 

3. Recruiting x2. Yeah, we're doing this twice. I want someone to find a game they enjoy, make friends there, and create a clan there under our banner. It won't be a competitive clan in that game yet. Tanki will still be our main game and main focus, we need that most. However, some more variety, some more depth in who we cater to will be a great starting point. If this experiment fails, we'll keep who we've gotten, keep the other game clan somewhat alive, but shut it down.

 

 

These are the 3 main things we need. If any more come up, I will let you know.

Small FAQ:

 

 

"But how will the clan ranks work?"

 

The Cresteds/Talons/DoS will still have the power they hold. If anyone is not doing their job correctly, they have the power to depose of whoever that is. Plus Cresteds/Talons/Leader will still have more say in clan-related matters.

 

"There's more HD needs than that..."

 

Correct. There are other positions that will be handed out, but they will be available to Cresteds, Talons, and the Leader only - confidential information, like applications.

 

"What's in it for us?"

 

Pride. That, and those who participate will get the chance to move up in the HD hierarchy to Cresteds. I know it's a lot to ask, and I'm sorry for springing all of this on you guys out of nowhere, but we need to pick up steam and it needs to happen fast. We are happy dragons. And we refuse to stay down.

Ahhh I won't go 100 pages a day mode, but still I won't stop posting useless stuff....

 

BTW, you have not given good amount of choices. I mean only 2...and luna is the only person in western part. If there is only 1 person for western, then why have you made it for vote? I mean a person doesn't have a choice, he needs to vote luna at any cost -_-

I'm providing members that actually volunteer. There's no use in getting people up there if they can't actually do the job because of time constraints or whatnot.

Technically, yes. Practically, no. You definitely can't join the TO clan (And I can't either :v), but in terms of other games, yes. I'm still not 100% sure on how this would work yet, so it's still up for debate. Stay tuned friendo

Sure thing. In the meantime, can you link me to your Leave of Absence? According to clan logs (i.e. Mighty DoS), you were removed for "inactivity". Finding an LoA would make it easier to get you back in, and if not, you may have to re-app again. Pretty sure you'd get accepted anyways, but just in case, you know? Sorry about that.

Keep in mind that anyone can organize a training. However, those are optional - the ones that Evans and Luna create are official, and they will be granted power (Soon - not right now, we'll discuss the amount of power they receive.

 

Anyone is also free to recruit members into our clan, but like the trainers, the recruiter's choice is more respected and official. Destrod will also have some sway in who gets accepted or not.

As for the old peeps, idk when you last saw the page - lots has changed.

 

Finally, yea we dropped out. It's a bit depressing, but we're learning from our mistakes at long last - you may have noticed several things changing. Lots of people blamed themselves for something during that time, myself included, but we can't stay here forever. Picking up recruitment at long last, we're getting people to pick up the pace and do stuff, rebuilding our pride.

Zenith! Oh my goodness. It's been ages.

 

So tl;dr on clan happenings, We sucked in the latest EN tourney and were bumped down to newcomers, Kais left because we're terrible and he's a mult, and we're currently working on bringing back the glory days by recruiting people and holding more trainings (tier 2 here we comeeee  ^_^). And as for the page, your pics expired and we lost the backups  :mellow:. We (I) was hoping you could make new ones for us or re-find the old ones.

 

Hope you can become more active this summer, HD hasn't been the same without you.
