I have been quite busy recently, so I haven't been able to update the clan page. Sorry about that! I'll try to find some more time, but with my summer job picking back up, I'm not sure yet when I'll have more time.

​RULES

 

 

 

 

 

These rules are important! Failure to comply can and will be invite punishment!

 

 

 

 

 

1. Conduct

 

 

 

 

 

A ) In this clan, we are very strict concerning profane language, and swearing is strongly discouraged. Breaking this rule once will result in a strike, breaking it a second time will result in a kick. (exceptions may apply)

B ) Respect others. Insults, taunts, discrimination, mockery, are unacceptable and will be punished first with a strike, and repeat violations with a kick.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Trainings and Wars

 

 

 

 

 

A ) Never, ever, ever, chase the gold in a clan war. During training, we will fight for the gold unless a Talon or Commanding Dragon says otherwise. If you feel his decision was unjust, contact the commanding dragon. The punishment for breaking this rule will depend on the situation and nature of the infraction, resulting in at least a strike and in severe cases a kick.

B ) Players are required to participate in official events such as wars, or official trainings unless you are away from your keyboard or are having difficulties with your computer (lag, connection cuts, etc.). Trainings and wars will always be held on eSports maps (see section 4 of our rules). You are not required to attend events hosted by clan members or unscheduled trainings held by a dragon of equal rank.

C ) Do what you are told by higher ranked dragons, within reason. If you are told to change equipment, for example, do it! I and the other dragons won't make unreasonable demands like demanding you switch to a combo that you only have M0, or telling you what to buy. If they do, bring complaints to me in a private message. Do not start an argument on the clan page, the Commanding Dragon will determine if it should become public information.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Concerning activity

 

 

 

 

 

A ) Members must check the clan topic once every month. Members who do not post in the clan topic for more than one week without a Leave of Absence may be removed from the clan without notice.

B ) If you are going to be inactive, contact @kaisdf by PM or (preferably) in the clan topic, and let him know that you are going to be inactive. Please include your best guess at how long your inactivity will last. You will then be granted a Leave of Absence (LoA), which lasts for up to 4 months. Inactivity of more than 4 months without a LoA will result in removal from the clan.

C ) Posts are considered flood if they are unintelligible, meaningless, or otherwise useless wastes of internet data. Flood can be punished by a strike.

D ) Members with an "Inactive" tag should immediately contact @kaisdf, or post on the clan page to prove their activity. After a month of inactivity, the member will be kicked. If you feel the kick was unfair, send a PM to @DragonOfStorms.

E ) Members must attend two trainings a month. If you're unable to attend any due to any non-Tanki-related responsibilities, let one of the leaders know. Zero attendances a month will result in a strike. Punishments will vary for people who only attend once per month.

 

 

 

4. Other

 

 

 

A ) Members with 3 strikes will be kicked.

B ) When applying for membership in clan Happy Dragons, please include the following message in your application to show that you have read the rules and agree to follow them as best you can:

"I have looked at the clan rules, and agree to follow them."

C ) The following maps are the maps used for eSports and our trainings: Red Alert, Kungur, Tribute, Parma, Barda, Forest, Iran, Solikamsk, and Osa.

D ) Mini-strikes will be given for minor infringements such as firing before the leader says go in trainings. Three mini-strikes will result in a full strike. Mini-strikes are signified by "member"^x on the clan page

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Clan Ranks

 

 

 

Accepted members will become Dragonets. Dragonet is the trial period for the member. A Dragonet is almost a full member of the clan, and will be either promoted or removed having proved themselves. The dragons section is the largest of the clan. Dragons may be elected to the crested position and may participate in the voting. Elder dragons are the clan's most loyal and trusted members. The clan hierarchy will promote dragons to Elder dragons if they think a member is worthy.

 

 

 

 

 

Commanding Dragon: Can accept applications, kick members, arrange wars and events, forge and break alliances, grant LoAs, and edit the clan page. Essentially no restrictions.

 

 

 

Right Talon Dragon: Can issue warnings, help arrange wars, endorse an application, and grant LoAs. May not issue war challenges without sending them to the Commanding Dragon for review and acceptance first. Cannot forge or break alliances.

Left Talon Dragon: Can issue warnings, accept applications, and grant LoAs. Cannot issue war challenges and cannot forge or break alliances.

 

 

 

Crested Dragons: Can issue warnings with a majority vote, endorse an application, and grant LoAs. Cannot issue war challenges and cannot forge or break alliances.

Elder Dragons: Can endorse an application. Cannot issue warnings or war challenges, grant LoAs, and forge or break alliances.

Dragons and Dragonets: Can organize and attend trainings or events like other dragons, can offer their opinion on an application (but not endorse it). Cannot grant LoAs, issue warnings, forge or break alliances, or issue war challenges.

Crested dragons are chosen by the clan leaders with help from the members. Cresteds must be loyal, well-respected, mature and above all, happy.

 

 

 

 

 

Applications endorsed three times are accepted unless the Commanding Dragon or Right Talon Dragon overturns the endorsements.
