Okie dokie, I think it's time to announce this. The clan hierarchy have known for about a month now, but I haven't let it on to many other people. I'm leaving Tanki. Not because it's boring, not because it's taking too much time from studies -- just cause I feel like I should be doing more important things at the moment. My final year of high school is starting in a week or so, and while I know I could balance Tanki, school, soccer, and a host of other miscellaneous activities, I'd really just rather keep it simple.

 

To be honest, being part of this clan has been one of the best experiences of my life.  yehhhh ik i have a pretty boring life lol jk. Thanks to everyone who's made my time here as amazing as it was. Can't even name all of you, although I will give a shoutout to Dos and Zen for being the best leader and co-leader anyone could ask for. I'm the oldest active member aside from Dos himself and I've seen lots of stuff happen. I've made lots of friends and maybe a couple of enemies too lol. *looks furtively at deadsy*

 

Being a part of the HD has given me an immense appreciation for people of different cultures and backgrounds. Thanks to all the Indians and Pakistanis Canadians and random European countrians (like that weird place called england) who've sparked a side of me that will never be put out.

 

Thanks to all you people who helped me during my relatively brief stint as leader, especially Kaismult (rip) who did all the dirty work of compiling the needed edits for the clan page a couple times.

 

Thanks for the countless clan trainings and random get-togethers and XP/BP games with clan mates. Good times <3

 

Hope you guys make it back to tier two, and maybe even tier one eventually.

Now for the unpleasant thing we have to face: Who will take Gnat's position? HD needs strong, capable people to take the reins, because as we can all see here, people will inevitably face more pressing matters in the journey of life than HD, sorry to say. I know there's people in here who actually can make an enormous difference if they were to step up, we want to see them take that step.

I understand your reasoning for leaving, and yeah, life catches up with all of us. Wow, what a day. You're an actual legend man, and one of the best people I've met on this game. What a journey. And I rate the choice 10/10. 

 

Who would've thought that a couple of kiwis would've gotten to know a martian so well after abducting him into a skype group. And all through this game. What a blessing it's been.

 

However, I expect this means some things. You've really been neglecting your relationship with your girlfriend recently, and I think it's quite disappointing. Also, your commitment to the hood has dropped severely, and is disturbing to say the least. With all this time freed up, I expect to hear from you far more often.
