Guys, why is everyone making such a big deal over Fame and Vyrd? Nothing happened hardly. I mean, sure Fame spammed a bit, and Vyrd over-reacted by leaving the clan and then continued to post here, but what?! Why are we all crying so much about nothing...? A minor squabble happened and I've had at least three people spamming me to have a certain person kicked, and official posts and other sort of crap. Honestly, this is why the spam was good (not saying we should go back to where we were), it meant that things like this got watered down real fast and people were chill about that sort of thing.

 

I mean, I'm not saying that it isn't a good thing that this was clamped down hard real fast so as to not let it get out of hand, but it wasn't out of hand, so there's no need for everyone to jump in saying it's gonna damage clan rep and stuff. Things like that happen all the time in clans, especially the ones in newcomers because newcomers is where noobs/newbies come to apply often, and we almost certainly have some in our clan (that's how probabilities work), which means you find people who are less experienced with how to interact with clan members and such. 

 

 

So, to summarise, just chill. It's not as big of a deal as y'all are making it out to be. CALM DOWN.

This is getting out of hand. Petty squabbles and snipes at one another should be done privately. These types of comments only detract from the clan page. When you have been accepted into this clan, you were sworn to uphold and follow the rules.

Public sniping should be made a one-strike rule - do it once and you are out. The point of low tolerance will come across loud and clear. It is only from the effort of everyone that this clan can move onto the next tier. As we value all our members, the members should value themselves as representatives of The Happy Dragons Clan. Sure, it's nice to have a little fun once in a while on the forums, but should cease once it felt that it has become personal.

 

I do not know how this works, but there should be a designated "cleaner" to clear up any spam mess. If only the Clan Leader can clean up this topic, by all means do so. Otherwise, please designate a cleaner, not necessarily to be the Leader, but someone responsible and mature enough to know the difference between light-hearted banter and vicious snipes.
