​RULES

 

 

 

 

 

These rules are important! Failure to comply can and will be invite punishment!

 

 

 

 

 

1. Conduct

 

 

 

 

 

A ) In this clan, we are very strict concerning profane language, and swearing is strongly discouraged. Breaking this rule once will result in a strike, breaking it a second time will result in a kick. (exceptions may apply)

B ) Respect others. Insults, taunts, discrimination, mockery, are unacceptable and will be punished first with a strike, and repeat violations with a kick.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Trainings and Wars

 

 

 

 

 

A ) Never, ever, ever, chase the gold in a clan war. During training, we will fight for the gold unless a Talon or Commanding Dragon says otherwise. If you feel his decision was unjust, contact the commanding dragon. The punishment for breaking this rule will depend on the situation and nature of the infraction, resulting in at least a strike and in severe cases a kick.

B ) Players are required to participate in official events such as wars, or official trainings unless you are away from your keyboard or are having difficulties with your computer (lag, connection cuts, etc.). Trainings and wars will always be held on eSports maps (see section 4 of our rules). You are not required to attend events hosted by clan members or unscheduled trainings held by a dragon of equal rank.

C ) Do what you are told by higher ranked dragons, within reason. If you are told to change equipment, for example, do it! I and the other dragons won't make unreasonable demands like demanding you switch to a combo that you only have M0, or telling you what to buy. If they do, bring complaints to me in a private message. Do not start an argument on the clan page, the Commanding Dragon will determine if it should become public information.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Concerning activity

 

 

 

 

 

A ) Members must check the clan topic once every month. Members who do not post in the clan topic for more than one week without a Leave of Absence may be removed from the clan without notice.

B ) If you are going to be inactive, contact @kaisdf by PM or (preferably) in the clan topic, and let him know that you are going to be inactive. Please include your best guess at how long your inactivity will last. You will then be granted a Leave of Absence (LoA), which lasts for up to 4 months. Inactivity of more than 4 months without a LoA will result in removal from the clan.

C ) Posts are considered flood if they are unintelligible, meaningless, or otherwise useless wastes of internet data. Flood can be punished by a strike.

D ) Members with an "Inactive" tag should immediately contact @kaisdf, or post on the clan page to prove their activity. After a month of inactivity, the member will be kicked. If you feel the kick was unfair, send a PM to @DragonOfStorms.

E ) Members must attend two trainings a month. If you're unable to attend any due to any non-Tanki-related responsibilities, let one of the leaders know. Zero attendances a month will result in a strike. Punishments will vary for people who only attend once per month.

 

 

 

4. Other

 

 

 

A ) Members with 3 strikes will be kicked.

B ) When applying for membership in clan Happy Dragons, please include the following message in your application to show that you have read the rules and agree to follow them as best you can:

"I have looked at the clan rules, and agree to follow them."

C ) The following maps are the maps used for eSports and our trainings: Red Alert, Kungur, Tribute, Parma, Barda, Forest, Iran, Solikamsk, and Osa.

D ) Mini-strikes will be given for minor infringements such as firing before the leader says go in trainings. Three mini-strikes will result in a full strike. Mini-strikes are signified by "member"^x on the clan page

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Clan Ranks

 

 

 

Accepted members will become Dragonets. Dragonet is the trial period for the member. A Dragonet is almost a full member of the clan, and will be either promoted or removed having proved themselves. The dragons section is the largest of the clan. Dragons may be elected to the crested position and may participate in the voting. Elder dragons are the clan's most loyal and trusted members. The clan hierarchy will promote dragons to Elder dragons if they think a member is worthy.

 

 

 

 

 

Commanding Dragon: Can accept applications, kick members, arrange wars and events, forge and break alliances, grant LoAs, and edit the clan page. Essentially no restrictions.

 

 

 

Right Talon Dragon: Can issue warnings, help arrange wars, endorse an application, and grant LoAs. May not issue war challenges without sending them to the Commanding Dragon for review and acceptance first. Cannot forge or break alliances.

Left Talon Dragon: Can issue warnings, accept applications, and grant LoAs. Cannot issue war challenges and cannot forge or break alliances.

 

 

 

Crested Dragons: Can issue warnings with a majority vote, endorse an application, and grant LoAs. Cannot issue war challenges and cannot forge or break alliances.

Elder Dragons: Can endorse an application. Cannot issue warnings or war challenges, grant LoAs, and forge or break alliances.

Dragons and Dragonets: Can organize and attend trainings or events like other dragons, can offer their opinion on an application (but not endorse it). Cannot grant LoAs, issue warnings, forge or break alliances, or issue war challenges.

Crested dragons are chosen by the clan leaders with help from the members. Cresteds must be loyal, well-respected, mature and above all, happy.

 

 

 

 

 

Applications endorsed three times are accepted unless the Commanding Dragon or Right Talon Dragon overturns the endorsements.

Win against clan "Night Furies XxX" [NFX]

Round 1

Round 2

In round 1, their other player kept asking us to stop playing so he could change equipment. Then he lagged out with about 5 minutes remaining, so we stopped playing. Despite very little actual playing time, we won by three flags.

In round 2, he still hadn't come back, so one of our players substituted for him. A big shoutout to @player_2015_tanker for being willing to play on their side so we could wrap up the war! Since no one was lagging, we were able to play the whole game with no pauses - the difference showed.

The Night Furies fought hard, but we fought harder. I would like to express my gratitude to their leader for showing up on time and being a good sport, even when it was clear we were going to win.

Player of the war? @nickyaw. His thunder suppressed the other clan, mostly restraining them to their base.

 
 
 

Win against clan "Black Devils" [bD]

The war began 15 minutes late, as the other clan could not gather enough players. 15 minutes after the planned start time, they gathered 6, which is what we had. In the first round, aggressive play from the Happy Dragons held the midfield for the whole game, granting control of the supply drop zones. With the support of our Isida players (@need.higher.rank, , and @TheContractKiller_GT), we were able to break through their defenses repeatedly.

In round 2, Isida-supported strikes got in and out quickly, capping flags left and right. Their defense was stretched so thin that it became child's play to steal the flag. When a 7th member showed up for their team, they were able to drive us back into our base, and cap one flag while we were distracted - but it was far too late.

The Black Devils played well, but better organization and tactics lead to a victory for the Happy Dragons. A big shoutout to their clan leader for not giving up, even with a greater than ten flag deficit!

Player of the war? @Mistalee. Played defense for most of the first round despite having nothing to do. In the second round, played offense, and very successfully, at that.

 
 
 
 

Tie against clan "Elite Night Hunters" [ENH]

This was our first war against a tier one clan, and the difference was obvious. They had all of their members present immediately, which was a great relief after having 2 wars start late. I was impressed with their discipline, courtesy, and sportsmanship before, during, and after the match. Thank you for the match, ENH!

In round one, they didn't seem to have a cohesive plan, so despite their potent Isida-Vulcan team, we were able to break through several times to capture flags. It wasn't easy by any means, though - they kept the score close and captured a flag. Outstanding performance by all Happy Dragons - we thank you for your effort!

Round two was tense. The score was 0 to 0 with less than 6 minutes remaining, when we escaped with their flag. Unfortunately, they were able to get our flag, and then return theirs. They captured another flag during our last-minute attack, we were unable to break through their defense.

Because the score was 1-1 by rounds, we played a third round - after a tense, 7-minute standoff we were able to bring a flag to base and capture. Unfortunately, with less than 3 minutes left they broke through our defense, and we were unable to retrieve the flag.

Player of the war? @SmokyPro.5000. He played excellent defense using his Titan-Smoky, without him we probably would have lost.

 
 
 

Win against clan "Tanki Warriors" [TW]

This war was originally supposed to be a 7 on 7, but we didn't have enough members online, so we fought 4 on 4 instead.

They wanted to be Red team for round 1, hoping for a height advantage. However, quick strikes on their flag (Leading to an early capture) caused them to retreat - giving us the middle ground. After that, we were able to attack them from multiple directions at once, and captured flags repeatedly while shutting them out.

In round 2 we got the high ground, giving us quick access to the middle ground. Controlling the supply drops reinforced the height/visibility advantage, and good teamwork allowed us to capture a lot of flags, resulting in another shutout.

Player of the war? @Fleety_awesome. Played defense for much of round one, which turned out to be slightly boring. Played midfield for the last bit and for round 2.

 
 
 

Win against "Kings Of XP" [KOX]

We were ready for the war around 10 mins before time and all 4 main team members were ready to go. I did a little pre-war briefing and then we started. The first round commenced but we seemingly had a lack of urgency and a few missed shots meant that KOX capped three flags back to back. The wake-up call imminent, we started showing more intensity and the real combat started - with Verain and Extreme attacking along with Parass and me holding back to guard the flag and sporadically shoot across when needed. It was looking good as we were catching up till the last but one flag. The score was 9 flags each and we messed it all up to grant KOX a 9-10 victory.

 

Ten minutes later the second round started. KOX made a substitution but I held back for the aforementioned reason of good coordination between the current four. We started poorly again, 3 flags getting captured by KOX in quick succession yet again. This time, however, we responded in much better fashion, catching up with more confidence and taking more risks as I backed myself to attack, hence leaving us with no defensive player in the base at times. It paid off remarkably, we pressurized them, went back to 9-9 and capped the last flag to gain a morale-boosting second round win. Point to note though, we messed up flag hand-offs not once, but twice and we could've had a better margin if we didn't do the blunders.

 

Third round. We were unsurprisingly upbeat and I didn't even think of subs. KOX made another substitution and the ultimate round started. We took the lead this time, capturing four flags with ease and looking at possible victory. KOX's leader switched to BP and caused some problems, we went 4-1 and the battle got more intense. However, we didn't look back, we kept attacking without much defensive work - seemingly following the cliché "attack is the best defense". Barring a few jittery moments, we did very well in this round indeed; and that reflected in the respectable score margin that we won with. Good job, guys. I'll go on and name Verain as the player of the war, but I truly believe this was a team performance, to say the least.

​Solid play by our team in the first round for a shut out victory. For the second round, our opponents asked one of our M4 members to leave, for fairness. A 4 on 4 match was played, and Blood Red took the lead. With less than two minutes remaining, we tied it, then capped another in the final minute for a close victory!

to answer that statement, actually it's not exactly the same. UTC is Coordinated Universal Time and GMT Greenwich Mean Time. GMT is for the UK so it's GMT 0, most of the European countries (like Belgium) is GMT +1,...

UTC, however, is kinda like GMT when Daylight Savings time is OFF. And when it's on, every timezone goes up by 1! For the UK, it's UTC 0 without DSL & UTC +1 with DSL
