I think that what we should do for trainings is divide them into different times for different time zones, and further divide those into trainings to ranks, and all on Saturday. Also, I think that instead of having pro pass we could do trainings on a different, little-used server. And, we should postpone the clan war until next week so we can prepare for it. I know that I don't want to spend 60k a year to train with my clanmates. Trying not to be bossy here, but we really need to get organised, connected, and to work together as a single group.

About the training sessions, I somewhat agree. We can have some sessions not require pro pass. However, I think you underestimate the ability of a pro pass to get you more crystals. It usually pays for itself in terms of crystals earned. About the clan war, I wanted more time but ENH was adamant that it had to be the 4th.
