Idk, would my speaking be even considered here.. As i am new and no rights to speak.. But kaisdf tbh the reason for which u are leaving.. Is right.. I mean u stood alone many times.. As u wrote.. Buy yeah, as KillerGnat said that our teams were not good at times.. Where Legends didnt even played.. Like me, sparkl, arnav, tiger, etc.. See first of all.. Its impossible for me to play at the time of 17 Utc, tho i manage sometime.. But its like 10:30 Pm in my country and my parents do not allow me.. But still trust me.. If the timmings of match is like 11 to 15 UTc i can surely come.. So i would lastly suggest u to give us some more time.. And see for the next tourney.. Please.

Good luck Kaiser.. You're right. No-one ever turned up for the RCs as much as you did. Only if I wasn't a fool I would've too..  You were and will forever be a great asset to this clan.. Good luck where ever you go and do well in all walks of life.

What's the point? All official tournaments are held late, you won't be able to join again. All he'll see is more tournaments with no one from Happy Dragons.

Well guys, maybe this should be a wakeup call for us. To be honest, all that Kais said was spot on. He may be a mult, but at least he's a mult with a brain. We've come a long way since registering two moderately skilled teams for DS. I think a big part of it is that we've lost Zen, PPS, and now Kais. Apart from Dos, they were the most crucial members of the clan (Kais being arguably the most crucial). I think it's time to change some things up. We're extremely disorganised. Half our members don't even show up for trainings even if they're online. More than half don't/can't show up for important wars. Nearly all of us don't use voice communication during wars. It's not a shocker that we're back in Newcomers; the shocker is that we stayed in League Two as long as we did.

 

That being said, I'm guessing we'll have a chance to get back into League Two. It's basically empty right now, which means that there'll have to be Ranking Cups sometime soon. If we all work together, and if Dos keeps our official squad updated, I think there's a good chance we'll be back up in no time.

 

I think it's time to make some new Google Forms to see what times people are available/whether people are willing to participate in tournaments.

But the truth is that u turned up so much for RC's cuz ur timezone matched it. Half of the clan has indian/pak's and so the time was very late for us. We tried our best to turn up to the tourney ( i fought with mom for playing too -_-). 

Cmon kais, don't leave cuz we dropped to newcommers. There is always next time. We all will give what we have got and next time will make it to 2nd leage again...

HD has potential.. Played pretty well here. TBH we still aren't M2/M3 fully. 2 twins M1 in my team and opponent was full M2 and an M3 for plasma XDDD  In a real clan war you arent gonna have this kind of stuff :). We need to figure out more of such weaknesses. A particular format should have a bunch of players training for that particular format;

Easier said than done, of course. At one particular time in the day, except for any major event (like HD's Birthday or mass training), you wont find more than 8 members online. 

PS: We moved to Newcomers?? Effect of kais leaving..

I joined a clan at 1st Lt to try and get some esports experience, and clearly this isn't right for that. I came for esports, but stayed for the people. @LIMITFULL, @Extreme245, Flabsy, Dedimult, sporkl, rish, Extiger, ttk, zenmult, and the list goes on. I lub you all and its been so great getting to know you. I'll still be relatively active, if you ever need anything, I'll still be the right end of a PM, be it discord, skype, forum, happy and willing to help as far as I can.

 

However, now we've been dropped to Newcomers? I don't think I can handle it. Of 21 RCs, I turned up to 18. We had enough people to make a team for 4 matches. 4 times out of 21, no other people could be bothered to turn up. Then came International Championship. All you had to do was turn up to 3 matches for 150k. 3 matches​. How many matches did we play? (And I say "we" very loosely, it was literally 4v1 at one point). We played 1 match. And "Played" is being generous.

 

You all need to try being a skype rep and discovering just how soul crushing it is to have to forfeit day after day after day, week after week, tournament after tournament, because your clan mates, in supposedly the most active clan in the EN forum, couldn't be bothered to turn up. So I give up on you. Sorry to steal credit, but it was me registering us for every RC that got us to 2nd league. I did all I could to get us there, and I tried my best to keep us there. I missed 3 IC matches, yes, but I tried.

 

Anyway, doom and gloom aside:

 

Page 650, my little nubby application is still there, hidden away in a spoiler, with an instant yes from Flabsy <3. Since then, pages 1k, 2k... You'll hit 3k before long, I'm sure of it. 

1stly, I just got eye cancer reading that, please, change your colour.

 

2ndly, you thought THIS clan was gonna give you eSports experience? Were you insane? This clan does nothing and never has. The few clan wars that it has had were mostly done before I joined even. (Names like nickyaw and smokypro5000 (do any of the members here remember them?)) You joined after I did and we hadn't had a clan war in like, 100 pages at least. 

As for this clan being active, it never claims activity in game. Most of the members have at one time or another clearly trashed on the game, because it's trash. The only place this clan has ever claimed activity is in the forum, where it is undoubtedly the reigning champion.

The interesting thing is that HD has won quite a few clan wars that will never be recorded. Why? Because they were forum wars where instead of winning battles. HD got entire clans shut down (See GC and CC I think it was). 

 

3rdly, if you want actual esports experience, go to an active game. This game is dying. The people who think this game is active are morons. Go play something good.

 

Finally, gl hf. If I can, I would recommend you rank up a bit more and go to The Falcons (if you are now looking for a clan) They're decent.

First off, clan wars haven't really been a thing in ages. Your example of a decent clan, Falcons, hasn't even had an official one in months at least. With Tanki esports becoming more active, most clans have stopped with unofficial wars altogether. 

 

As far as official tourneys go, nearly everything you said was false. We've been extremely active, and done moderately well. In DS we entered two teams, and despite the millions of legend clans playing against us, one of our teams managed to make it out of the group stage. That's without voice communication too. We just recently had the Ranking Cups which showed that we were in the top 16 active clans of the EN community. We aren't anymore tbf, but you can't say that we haven't been active in esports. We're arguably the most active non-M3 clan.

BTW, I'll be holding training as much as I can. Everytime different format. Tho I really don't think I will be able to organize a training at a particular time, I'll do it on spot. HD demotion has affected me. And I'll try my best to hold more training to get us stronger. I myself don't know when I'll quit the game but it will be VERY SOON. Till then I'll try to organize training daily.
