I am able to follow orders, and put my fellow clanmates/superiors needs

Perfect application, but unfortunately you do not meet our current requirements. Rank up a couple times, and save for M1s or a kit. Once you have an M1 combo, we will gladly accept you.

you just gave me a great idea. Hey DDoS, zen, what if we started a "junior league" for lower-ranked players? We could prepare those under the rank of WO1 for joining a clan! They could hone third skills with third favorite weapon, or just learn new tactics.

TTK, I had joined HD just before moving from Sergeant Major to a Warrant Officer 1.  As I think about this, the Private to Sergeant Major is really someone's first month or two (if active), as they are just getting into the game.  I didn't even hear about clans and getting into the Forum until that point, when DoS graciously came along and looked at my application.

Personally, reflecting back, I think the Warrant Officer stage is really the 'lower-ranked' area - just getting M1s and MU-ing equipment and understanding some game play and personal tactics.  Warrant Officer stage is from 57k to 192k experience.  That's a long run for the average beginner.
