Pitbull is so expensive. I'd go for Northerner. Viking is probably the best medium M2 hull (at M3 that's a different story) and Smoky is probably the best M2 turret. And it's extremely versatile.

Well, how does Viking stand at M3? I am planning to rank up a ton and get Hammer M3 Viking M3 in a sale sometime

Imo Viking M3 is pretty good, will need MUs if you plan on using it into the high ranks (Field Marshal - Generalissimo). It's what I'd like to call a 'bridge M3' - a good early M3 to compete, but later needs MUs to stay effective. Maybe it's just cause I like Hunter and Dictator more than Viking. But just 'cause I said that doesn't mean you should give up on it. I'm sure that at M4, Viking is very good. As are all M4s.

Obviously just kidding. I'm personally with you on this, but the "Superior Dragon Council/Club" really shouldn't be named as such. The way I see it, you're separating the clan into 2 parts: Brigadier+ master race, and everyone else. "Superior" is just such a strong word.

This is based on the comments of others, but I think in general most M4s are relatively equal in power, with Thunder and/or Freeze being perhaps slightly UP and Isida and Vulcan considered somewhat OP.  ;)

I think Firewall is an excellent purchase. I got it on @150010836 and also had it as one of my main combos on this account. Assuming you play Polygon CP often, you'll roast the point and destroy many tanks. Only thing is, around Brigadier Firebird protection becomes quite common... hopefully by then you'll have another reliable weapon.

Leader > Left/Right Talon Dragon > Cresteds > High rank council members ( council members = 2-3 people chosen from the high rank squadron, they only have a bit bit more power than regular members) >=  All other members (so, if not a leader, Generalissmos still have more or less the same power as a Dragonet, therefore, everyone has a say.)

I don't think "council members" are necessary - it should be sufficient to have our RTD and LTD. I don't really think the Dragonet, Dragon, and Elder Dragon distinctions do much either, and seeing as we only have one Dragonet (most of our members have since ranked) making the limits higher would probably be a good idea. I'm not sure what rank limits you had (too lazy to check), but ideally members of the same level should be able to play battles together. According to the rank limits on the tankiwiki, Gissimo can create down to Major, Captain can create down to WO4, and WO3 can create down to Master Sergeant.

nope ram can even wreck bulldozer if they a close to each other :) and ram easily wrecks firewall cuz its health is low

yep i may use vulcun m1 and titan m1 to defend so i think we need 2 isidas
