I mean, since its a common courtesy to allow the clan being challenged to choose the war parameters, I'm personally game if you guys want to have a no-supplies no-MUs war in the range from Warrant Officer 4 to Major.

<_< rip standard courtesy of duels. I realize I've never been a clan leader, but that is the way a duel works. The one who challenges gets the advantage of choosing the opponent, and is the one instigating the combat, so therefore the defending person should be able to balance it out by choosing the ways of the fight. rip chivalry too and all.

As for this training issue, lemme give my opinion:

 

Vital definitely did break a rule by taking the gold without permission. And I really think he should be out - a lotta profanity which he repeats - my last training with him had him insulting, and Ash's pic shows him insulting. However, since he left the clan, I can't do anything.

 

And as for an other case, I'd like (not really) to vote to warn Star for breaking rules even tho I haven' been reinstated and I actually doubt it - being slightly disrespectful, bossing around and ordering members to take M0s in his training and follow all his rules with absolutely no question. I don't suppose that's allowed, is it?

 

And btw star, you said you don't want anyone breaking rules in your trainings. So i really hope that includes you too star :P cause reasons ab

-_- nup i didnt break any rules in the last training , even in my first training , we had 5 players, and you know 5 players cannot be divided ewually so , as it was XP BP training ( + i was saying all to take XP BP and nhr was saying that he has m0! but i told him thats ok ) i wanted to balance teams , as i was hornet m3 , i am 3 shot by railgun m0 so ( as there were 5 players) me and extreme vs 3 players, i.e vita , peni , nhr (the one who has m0) its not (quite) balancing but its fair.

the misunderstanding was that you were thinkin its a free- format battle cuz i made the map free format ( why did i?? xuz m1s and m0 railguns cannot play formated XP BP) 

I therefore, request you penguin to please read my training details before complaining

In need.higher.rank's account, you can see M0 XP/BP, with maaybe Wasp or Hornet upgraded. Star was forcing him to take M0 XP/BP or leave. Not allowed right..?

Well you can hardly go to an XP/BP training without using XP/BP equipment - that defeats the purpose of the training. If it had been a non-XP/BP training it would've been wrong for Star to force someone to switch to bad equipment, but in this case where they all knew it was an XP/BP training, no, I don't think it was wrong of Star. 

 

The thing is Tofu had replied to Vita's request for gold saying "sure" (Tofu meaning that he didn't mind Vita taking, not that he was giving permission) and that could be interpreted as permission for gold. And Star (I don't think?) didn't expressly say that Vita couldn't, although that might have been because it happened too quickly, I don't know. 

 

I don't think it's breaking rules to be slightly bossy, although it might be irritating at times, and as I said above telling someone to switch to XP/BP equipment during a clear XP/BP training isn't wrong. It would be different during different circumstances. 

 

Vita's insulting the clan is a different matter - a lot of players will call each other "noob" or "mult" in a joking manner and that's completely different from actually being rude and harassing someone. I'm not in a position to judge, though, since I haven't played with him and so I don't have context. 

ok...ok.... leave the gold, it was just a mistake (it was also just a matter of 1k..) i wanted to give it to the one with nup crystal amount , but leave it 

i forgive him for the gold but vita insulted our clan , firstly he brole one rule, then he broke another by continuously insultin, he should get a kick or a last warning

But 1k cry really isn't a big deal. You can earn that much in about 15 minutes. Relax.

And yea Blaster it takes a lot more than 15 mins to earn 1k crys (unless you're counting missions  :P)

A gold dropped in Star's training and star told not to take. You can check my crystals above so I thought I would ask star for gold but........... Vitality took it! Even though star didn't allow. After that Vitality says that he doesn't want this clan and hates it. Moreover in Penguin's training he used profanity and clearly told that he hates me............             AFTER all this stuff , he gets a  simple warning -_-

            I just can't play with such a clan mate  ............
