So, yeah, I have a really big dilemma, and thought I should get other peoples' opinions.

 

I am considering applying for Wiki Editor, but am not sure about it. My main concern is the amount of time I'd have to devote, seeing as I am in school. Should I do it? I almost applied yesterday, but then thought it over.

5.a. I used to be in this small group of people called the Happy Dragons. Don't know if you've heard of them, but...

5.b. I left because my timezone didn't allow me to play and train with them. Fortunately, I hacked the Matrix and can play with you guys now.

6. What was the question again? Oh, right. I want to join because DDoS told me to Domination Series exists. And because I spam this page so often I might as well make it official.

7. I am good with Thunder, know how to use my hull, and for the most part know how to react to different battle situations. #ShamelessAdvertisement

8. No capes Skype. Or at least, not yet.

9. Other accounts that are not small and actually have a future are TTKsDruggingAlt and TTK_578, the latter of which is unused for the most part. Made some stupid buying decisions, not going to make the same mistakes.

I've not been posting for a week or so because I recently was very disappointed in my results in my studies (no, not F's but just me feeling bad about grades) so I've been putting more time into them.

 

I'm also taking a Leadership class in school and we have a WHOLE LOT of events coming up so that's been taking up a lot of my time.

 

I've also been thinking about Xbox One gaming. (No, that doesn't mean I'm leaving Tanki.)

 

I heard that there were so many new updates! Including something like DR mode and the rebalance. Well, I hope you guys all are happy about it.

Which Shaft Glitch is this for?  :P

 

If you are talking about the one where my turret keeps turning one direction, you can fix it by just hitting the rotation  key for the direction it's moving in. Although that one can cause misses on key moments.

 

Also, we need to establish a shorthand code for the DomTournie. I believe DoS was working on one, but we haven't heard an update on it if he was.

Okay/Yes = y

Busy = bsy

Self Destruct = SD

Recover = recv

Flag = Flag ("L" is on other side, but simplicity folks.)

From afar (like sniping support = afar

Lag = lag

Reconnecting = recng

 

@ = "at" If you need, really only for situations like #@xFlag (Which means "I'm at enemy flag" rather than #xFlag (which means "Give me the enemy flag".

 

w/^ = Upwards on map from  your flag (Towards enemy base)

a/< = Left on map from your flag

s/> = Right on map from your flag

v = In our base/ towards our base (I don't use "d" for here because "sd" is Self Destruct)

 

Need Support = ade  (Misspelled form of "aid" so that it can be typed using only left hand)

 

I'm attacking for flag(For Flag) = #adv 

Someone wait in midfield = 1wate (Misspelled on purpose so that you can type with one hand)

 

 

Common Phrases:

#adv = I'm going for the enemy flag

z ade = Allies, support me.

#SD = I'm self destructing

#ade = I'll help you.

#ade afar = I'm going to provide long-range support

#have xflag = I have the enemy flag

zflag = I need to give flag to someone else 

#zflag = Give me the enemy flag (It means "I flag")

sv = In the close right corner

This means that we should be able to type almost the entirety of our basic communication via the Left Hand, not really going farther over than the "y" key.  I realize the code might be a bit confusing at first, but I think it could be really handy and covers most situations. We could modify it as needed. Thoughts?

Basically I think most of the stuff that's happened is Domination (it's a tournament) and tryna get teams arranged and stuff, plus a bunch of spam.  :lol:

Let's worry about that if it happens. All that I will say for now is that neither team will purposely throw the match, as that would be dishonest.

 

I also want to make sure that everyone on team 2 knows that they are not necessarily on the 'weak' team. These team arrangements were originally Zenith's ideas, and I think he's done a good job making sure both can be competitive.

:ph34r:  I think the primary team should be "The Happy Dragons" and the secondary Domination team should be "The Draconian", Also, we should try and do some practice rounds against eachother.

 

 

And last thing: We should prolly actually organize the teams by timezones.
