Due to a recent influx of applications and members, we have decided to become very selective in who we accept. Note that applications meeting the minimum requirements will not always be accepted.

These rules are important! Failure to comply can and will be punished!

#1: No bad language.

This clan has a strict rule against profane language, and swearing is strongly discouraged. Breaking this rule once will result in a warning, breaking it a second time will result in a kick!

#2: Obey the Game Rules.

Hacking, Multing, Discrimination, Provocation, Sabotaging, and other violations of the Game Rules will result in a warning or a kick, depending on the severity of the infraction.

#3: Respect Others.

In this clan, we are respectful to each other and to other clan's members. We are also respectful to random players. Insulting, Taunting, Mocking, and other forms of disrespect will be punished by a warning, then a kick.

#4: Leave the Gold.

Never, ever, ever, chase the gold in a clan war. During training, the commanding dragon will decide who takes the gold. No complaining about his/her decision! The punishment for breaking this rule will depend on the situation and nature of the infraction, resulting in at least a warning and in severe cases a kick.

#5: Obey the Commanding Dragons.

Do what you are told, within reason. If you are told to change equipment, for example, do it! I and the other Dragons won't make unreasonable demands (like demanding you switch to a combo that you only have M0, or telling you what to buy), if they do bring complaints to me.

#6: No Clan Disloyalty.

Members found joining another clan will be kicked. Members found guilty of spying for another clan will be kicked. Members attempting to spy on another clan will also be kicked, as we won't tolerate dishonorable conduct.

#7: Stay Active.

Members must check the clan topic once every week. Members who do not post in the clan topic for more then one week without a Leave of Absence may be removed from the clan without notice.

#8: Obtaining a Leave of Absence (LoA)

Contact @DragonOfStorms, by PM or (preferably) in the clan topic, and let him know that you are going to be inactive. Please include your best guess at how long your inactivity will last, and @DragonOfStorms will respond to you within 2 days. If, for some reason, your request for a LoA is denied, please contact @DragonOfStorms by PM so it can be sorted out.

#9: When applying for membership in clan Happy Dragons, please include the following message in your application to show that you have read the rules and agree to implement them into your behavior as best you can.

"I have looked at the clan rules, and agree to follow them."

 

#10: Concerning spam and flood

In this clan, posts are considered spam if they are off-topic or irrelevant posts that are understandable. Spam is considered to be acceptable, to a reasonable degree. As a guideline, try to avoid more then 3 spam posts per day. Posts are considered flood if they are unintelligible, meaningless, or otherwise useless wastes of internet data. 

 

Finally, members with 3 warnings will be kicked.

Clan Ranks

 

Accepted members will become Dragonets. A Dragonet is a full member of the clan, but is not eligible to become a Crested Dragon. After a period of one week, or upon a helpful contribution to the clan, Dragonets will be promoted to Dragons. To become an Elder Dragon, a Dragon must have attended a clan training, war, or event. Below is a comprehensive list of each rank and its respective rights and restrictions.

 

Commanding Dragon: Can accept applications, kick members, arrange wars and events, forge and break alliances, grant LoAs, and edit the clan page. Essentially no restrictions.

Right Talon Dragon: Can issue warnings, help arrange wars, endorse an application, and grant LoAs. May not issue war challenges without sending them to the Commanding Dragon for review and acceptance first. Cannot forge or break alliances.

Left Talon Dragon: Can issue warnings, accept applications, and grant LoAs. Cannot issue war challenges and cannot forge or break alliances.

Crested Dragons: Can issue warnings with a majority vote, endorse an application, and grant LoAs. Cannot issue war challenges and cannot forge or break alliances.

Elder Dragons: Can endorse an application. Cannot issue warnings or war challenges, grant LoAs, and forge or break alliances.

Dragons and Dragonets: Can organize and attend trainings or events like other dragons, can offer their opinion on an application (but not endorse it). Cannot grant LoAs, issue warnings, forge or break alliances, or issue war challenges.

 

Applications endorsed three times are accepted unless the Commanding Dragon or Left Talon Dragon overturns the endorsements.

In round 1, their other player kept asking us to stop playing so he could change equipment. Then he lagged out with about 5 minutes remaining, so we stopped playing. Despite very little actual playing time, we won by three flags.

In round 2, he still hadn't come back, so one of our players substituted for him. A big shoutout to @player_2015_tanker for being willing to play on their side so we could wrap up the war! Since no one was lagging, we were able to play the whole game with no pauses - the difference showed.

The Night Furies fought hard, but we fought harder. I would like to express my gratitude to their leader for showing up on time and being a good sport, even when it was clear we were going to win.

Player of the war? @nickyaw. His thunder suppressed the other clan, mostly restraining them to their base.

The war began 15 minutes late, as the other clan could not gather enough players. 15 minutes after the planned start time, they gathered 6, which is what we had. In the first round, aggressive play from the Happy Dragons held the midfield for the whole game, granting control of the supply drop zones. With the support of our Isida players (@need.higher.rank, , and @TheContractKiller_GT), we were able to break through their defenses repeatedly.

In round 2, Isida-supported strikes got in and out quickly, capping flags left and right. Their defense was stretched so thin that it became child's play to steal the flag. When a 7th member showed up for their team, they were able to drive us back into our base, and cap one flag while we were distracted - but it was far too late.

The Black Devils played well, but better organization and tactics lead to a victory for the Happy Dragons. A big shoutout to their clan leader for not giving up, even with a greater than ten flag deficit!

Player of the war? @Mistalee. Played defense for most of the first round despite having nothing to do. In the second round, played offense, and very successfully, at that.

This was our first war against a tier one clan, and the difference was obvious. They had all of their members present immediately, which was a great relief after having 2 wars start late. I was impressed with their discipline, courtesy, and sportsmanship before, during, and after the match. Thank you for the match, ENH!

In round one, they didn't seem to have a cohesive plan, so despite their potent Isida-Vulcan team we were able to break through several times to capture flags. It wasn't easy by any means, though - they kept the score close and captured a flag. Outstanding performance by all Happy Dragons - we thank you for your effort!

Round two was tense. The score was 0 to 0 with less then 6 minutes remaining, when we escaped with their flag. Unfortunately, they were able to get our flag, and then return theirs. They captured another flag during our last-minute attack, we were unable to break through their defense.

Because the score was 1-1 by rounds, we played a third round - after a tense, 7 minute standoff we were able to bring a flag to base and capture. Unfortunately, with less then 3 minutes left they broke through our defense, and we were unable to retrieve the flag.

Player of the war? @SmokyPro.5000. He played excellent defense using his Titan-Smoky, without him we probably would have lost.

This war was originally supposed to be a 7 on 7, but we didn't have enough members online, so we fought 4 on 4 instead.

 

They wanted to be Red team for round 1, hoping for a height advantage. However, quick strikes on their flag (Leading to an early capture) caused them to retreat - giving us the middle ground. After that we were able to attack them from multiple directions at once, and captured flags repeatedly, while shutting them out.

 

In round 2 we got the high ground, giving us quick access to the middle ground. Controlling the supply drops reinforced the height/visibility advantage, and good teamwork allowed us to capture a lot of flags, resulting in another shutout.

 

Player of the war? @Fleety_awesome. Played defense for much of round one, which turned out to be slightly boring. Played midfield for the last bit and for round 2.

^ dont accept that guy even if he applies with the proper format, he's been out there asking for joining in DS Junior and maybe Elite teams in the registration topics, and has been posting everywhere for joining. That being said, I won't recommend accepting anyone who doesn't apply using a proper format and instead asks for joining or says "how can I join" simply straight out.

Those 2 roles are completely different. Being a Wiki moderator, you have to type new "articles" everytime a new update comes out. Being a Facebook moderator, you need to answer the question people ask in the comments. My overall opinion is go for it :D
