Don't listen to that, it clearly states on the homepage that Cresteds need a MAJORITY VOTE to give warnings. And I doubt any of the Cresteds will side with him unless he has some very very compelling evidence.

 

SLT has power, but do not blow it out of proportion. And besides, he's earned it, I respect him.

Asif and Gab seem to have a point, honestly, if SLT was actually doing what they claim he was, especially if he was actually threatening to warn them - which is clearly abuse of power. I actually wouldn't at all expect this kind of behavior from him normally though, and there's always two sides to a story. There is also no proof of anything from either side (proof is nice in resolving arguments). Disrespecting an authority figure isn't good, but calling someone out for inappropriate behavior is, I think, necessary to keep peace. SLT, a response to this would be nice? 

 

I personally think that although arguments should not be resorting to name-calling and provocation and that arguments this clan are not good, the solution is not to say "stop fighting" and not address the actual issue - this leads to unresolved problems and grudges which tend to pop up later on. If the issue is resolved and someone continues to bring it up that's completely different from bringing up an actual problem with something.  ;)

yeah? so, he joined our training (we had to wait 10/15 mins for him to join) and had to keep ppl in the battle. And after he joins we say "bases!' he says "what? it is a battle?" then he starts talking about STG and asking ppl to invite him to Gold Rains.. everyone waits for him to stop chatting! and then he suddenly leaves battle. When he messed everything he comes back and we telling him that he just ruined everything! he says he will give us warnings! So what? as he is  lord_crested we cant tell him anything that he maybe did wrong? and if we do so he will give us warnings? like what? we cant tell what we thinking cuz if we do so we will get warnings..ok.. go on! give us warnings slt! we waiting.

As both I and DoS have explained before, SLT can't give out warnings by himself - read the homepage description of the powers a Crested can have. And I didn't know the situation before, hence why I asked for opinions. And proof.

 

First off, SLT was in the wrong with the training incident, so that's on him, but that is no excuse to go and needlessly provoke him on the forums. That's on you. I'm preeeeeeeeeeetty can rightfully say I speak for everyone who's seen this when I say that this baseless drama (I hate using such an overused word, but what else is there) really needs to stop. Tinkou, please explain yourself. Gabriel/rodman/whatever you want me to call you and asifmehmood, apologise. I'm sure actions will be taken to both sides.

 

Don't you dare call me out for "wrongfully" accusing people of things, the evidence has been laid flat. If anything, you guys, Tinkou included, are to blame for whatever comes your way. If anything, actually. Big example of something relatively minor (not that minor, but still) being blown up way out of proportion.

Lord_Star_Tinkou is a Crested Dragon, and was promoted for the reason of being hopefully impartial, wise, and an enforcer of rules with the clan's wellbeing in mind. What he did, according to these clanmates, was not according to these ideals. He abused his power in order to influence the actions of others if this is true, which is something I would only forgive once. Authority has it's limits, remember that Star_Lord_Tinkou. As many have said already, Crested Dragons do need the majority vote to warn so there is nothing to be concerned from a casual threat of warnings.

 

However, from an unbiased standpoint, I would not trust Asif and Gabreiele. They attempted to provoke leadership for no reasons besides spite, have alts that were/are in other clans (which is not allowed according to Tanki Clan rules), and have shown somewhat questionable actions in the past from what I have heard. Even more so, Star_Lord_Tinkou has not provided his version of what took place. Therefore, I believe we should of course wait until we can hear his side of the story in order to make a more impartial judgement.

 

I of course believe that this decision falls upon the shoulders of leadership. But mark my words: If there is corruption of justice in this matter, beyond mere mercy or second chances, I will do everything within my (slight) power to make sure that justice is upheld. We should do what is right above all else.

Reasonably good thoughts.  I try to stay away from making anything sound too harsh, but when someone is feeling defensive, hard to say how they can interpret the written word.  I expect SLT is sleeping right now, and will provide some reasonable explanation in his morning (or after school).

Provocation versus playing around (or teasing) is usually from the eye of the beholder.  Let's put our heads in the other person's shoes to consider their feelings too.  And if someone is "Like Bruh Stop" or "stfu..please", just add on "I'm not feeling loved here right now" or something like that.

I might be unknowingly agitating someone, but if they tell me, I will try to consider their feelings and refrain from further 'provocation'.

Exactly what I said. Let's hear both sides of the argument before passing judgement.

 

Personally, I believe several warning points and a very possible demotion (I'd highly recommend Drakon to fill in the missing place) would be handy in this situation, even though this won't exactly be a casualty-less procedure. But then again, like Drakon, Basen, DoS, and myself have ALREADY SAID, Tinkou has not responded. At all.

 

Star, I hate to say this, but not responding will put you in a terrible position to defend. I'm aware you may be asleep right now, but I'm sure the rest of us can agree 24 hours will be more than enough. Please, PLEASE, respond within that time frame.

Ok let me Clear my problem of just "TODAY". Me and gab decided to do a Clan vs Random. We made battle private , refraining from mults. We invited rishabh , shresh , tousif , omrot , Star lord , me & gab also tohoyonhondata. Teams were den 4-4  It took us a lot of time to start training we hardly managed to do it. Finally the training was started and as soon as game was going fine Star left. Den every 1 else also left. Problem wasn't that much until he came back. We said him a bit about leaving and the only thing he said is that"I can give you warning". Den me & Gab become angry dat we did these things so hardly , he ruined it and now he is giving us warning. What kinda of crested dragon he is? He said about giving warning so many times in past.It looks like he is using this as a power. He has been given special duty and rather den fulfilling it he is taking advantage of his power. I have so much to say but...

Yep i was sleeping. :( Can't even believe that my old friends are launching conspiracies against me :( . If you really think its my fault or i was rude, ask them for proof/screenshot. Even if they will have screenshot, they will say thwy dont have, because they know they started first. All they want is me to be removed from crested . 

And DOS, if u didn't believe me, why did you made me crested? I always followed the rules, joined trainings, holded many trainings. I always thought of my clan's success. Remove me from crested if you want to. :( First time ever, my clan made me sad :( .

Guys i am deciding to leave this clan, because some players dont want me here and some dont believe me. I want DOS to reply so i can leave.

I don't believe that the players who's opinions matter want you to leave. Then again; you decide who's player's opinions matter. Regardless of your final decision, whether you choose to follow your hastily made decision or if you change your mind, I believe I speak on the behalf of most, or at least all those who believe your innocence, that you will be welcomed with open arms.
