If I were to head a training session with members, for example, and a gold dropped, I could just take it for myself, since I choose who gets it.

 

Interesting dilemma. What I suggest is that if a high-ranked member is going, it would be mandatory for another one to go as well, to prevent foul play and stuff. (I mean, free 1k cry!)
