About the government of the possible "Republic of Happy Dragons"...

The government type should be a pure democracy. There would be no Electoral College, and it would be based on majority vote of its members. There shouldn't be a rank restriction, (that makes it unfair to our lower-ranked members), but there should be campaigning. There are going to be a likely four parties, and the best ones from these parties go against each other in the ultimate election.

In the party nominations, each member in the other parties vote for the members of your party. Their amount of votes are based on their rank. For example:

gives 1 vote.

gives 2 votes.

gives 3 votes.

gives 4 votes.

gives 5 votes.

etc... every rank ahead earns an extra nominal vote.

A player may not divide the amount of votes between 2 or more candidates for party nomination.

Then, the player with the most amount of nominal votes in their party advances to the general election. In this election, every member has 1 electoral vote. 1 electoral vote and no more nor no less. The player with the most amount of electoral votes win leadership.

CONGRESS:

The Elder Dragons and above get to partake in Congressional activities. For the secondary leader (with DOS) to pass rules, he must have 60% or more "yes" votes from the congress to pass it, along with DOS's "yes". If DOS votes "no", the rule is automatically vetoed.

IMPEACHMENT:

If a leader is being unfair or irrational, or violating of conduct in the Republic, the Congress must vote "yes" at least 75% for a successful impeachment. Also, the players must vote "yes" at least 60% for the impeachment to undergo. Then, the election goes on again.

Nice idea, but I just want to throw some questions for you to think about and maybe revise a little bit:

1. Why would there be parties? Like, what would they be about?

2. The rank thing is a bit bad. I would make the difference less. Example:

a. Sergeant Ranks: 5 votes

b. WO Ranks: 6 votes

c. Lieutenant Ranks/Captain: 7 votes

d. Major/Colonel Ranks: 8 votes

e. Brigadier/General Ranks: 9 votes

f. Generalissmo/Legend: 10 votes

3. But still the thing about parties bothers me. I don't know what they are for.

4. Impeachment lol

Overall: I like your idea. You still need some clarification. I support you!

I dislike the idea of giving higher ranked players more voting power and therefore more influence within the clan. I think that if there was some sort of many-player voting system (Rather than previously mentioned small concepts), we would want all players to have power says not sorted by rank as to protect the interests of lower-ranked clan members.
