Once attendees are determined, we first need to decide on the RED/BLUE teams - with roughly equal weighting of Ranks (thus equipment).

Game timer to be set for 20 minutes.

 

ATTACKING TEAM GOAL

During the first 5 minutes of preparation, there is to be no shooting of the Defenders, or getting close to the Gold Box / destroying existing mines.

NO LONG RANGE turrets allowed (rail / vulcan / striker / shaft).  NO HEAVY TANKS ALLOWED - just light or medium hull.

Your goal is to be the first player to touch the Gold Box.

You are NOT allowed to use supplies in your attempt to kill the defenders, neither from supplies boxes NOR your own supplies stash.

IF your team captures the gold before the timer reaches 1 MINUTE LEFT, all players from your team are to leave, allowing the defending team to take the crystals loot.

 

DEFENDING TEAM GOAL

Your goal is to lay mines for the first 5 minutes, drug supplies during the next 10 minutes, and make sure the ATTACKING TEAM doesn't touch the Gold Box.

You ARE allowed to use supplies in your attempt to kill the attackers, and a healthy supply of Repair Kits will allow your mines to stay!

IF your successfully SAVE THE GOLD when the timer reaches 5 MINUTES LEFT (after 10min of game time), then the leader will decide (based on overall kills + subjective MVP performance) who will take the gold, THEN all players from the Defending Team are to leave, allowing the attacking team to take the crystals loot.

2. The map parameters are as follows:

• Map: TBD
• Game mode: TDM
• PRO Battle: ON
• Bonus boxes: OFF
• Supplies: ON
• Weapon change: OFF
• Micro-upgrades: OFF
• Private battle: ON

3. The map will be created for ranks TBD (finalized once players are known).

 

4. As soon as all players meet in the map, players need to wait for the Leader's "GO" command.

5. Shooting or destroying mines before Leader's "GO" command is forbidden and will be punished!

Everyone else from your clan did the 'good luck' thing a long long time ago.

 

 

They were invited by Zen. Considering Zenith is a respected member of the clan with more than enough common sense to know who to invite, I trusted him/her/it/apache attack helicopter enough to just give them a quick glance-over.

Also - Gnat / Zen / Abs - I'd suggest we return to the older style, that after our Dragonets are fully into the clan (spamming / warring / practicing some), that they are placed (as is everyone) based on RANK.  Maybe Warrant Officer 1 [1 square] through to First Lieutenant [3 diamonds] is a DRAGON, and everything Major and up is an ELDER DRAGON?  Also makes it faster and easier to find war partners / players - can be shown in order of rank / then alphabetical within each rank, by name?   (I'm pretty sure that's how it used to be months ago?)

Definitely a bad idea, and one that if it came to a vote, I would be going against. I think that the fact that we have a clan ranking system that isn't based on rank is something that sets us apart from many clans, the reason that it's a good way of working (and keep in mind that this only works when the leader is active), is that it rewards loyal members for sticking to the clan, while people that leave, never make the higher ranks. This is pretty obviously seen with Gnat becoming leader. He's been here for ages, and everyone respects him, so he gets the job.

 

Also, if the rank system becomes this, be sure that I'll be leaving with @personia and joining with @nile200 instead, which would suck, because I like the terrible karma I already have on @personia. It allows me to be a little more free with what I say and how I say it.

5) Take away the link to your forum

6) Take away "the spammer bros are now closed"

Given XP is your main combo, you're accepted, however, this is conditional, and you are permitted to use XP only (you only have XP, so no fear there.)

I think that is probably a good call, if you want to play xp/bp. Personally, when I ranked up to 1st Lt on Tankers day, when tornado kit was an option, I chose not to get it, and instead went for both rico and rail M2
