UTC is the time in Greenwich. The normal timezone map has UTC 0 in the middle. Every country western to greenwich has UTC -something

while every country eastern to Greenwich has UTC +something. Just check your UTC in a time converter

my utc is +4

Well, you could take the training time and your time zone time. If the training time is 15:00 UTC then you have to add 4. Therefore the time for the training will be 19:00 in your time. Since 19:00 states in the form of international time which is in 24 hours, you have to subtract that number with 12 if it exceeds the number '12'. If it is 19:00 then subtract 12 from it. You will get 7:00 p.m. 

Time differs place to place,

Your time zone is +4 UTC but mine is +6. Using the same process I can find out the training time in my country. I have to add my time zone number to the training time in UTC and then subtract with 12 if it exceeds the number '12'. The training in my time if the training time is 15:00 will be 9:00 p.m. 

 

We can conclude with a simple formula to find the time in your country which is:

 

(Time in 0 UTC) + (Your time zone) - (12 hours) = (Training time in 12 hour format in your place)

Since one has chosen 5 days of being online, 3 have chosen 6 days and six people have chosen 7 days of being online, I think the training will be for 6 days. Since the weekend is 2 days, with Thursday night it makes 3, I think Thursday, Friday and Sunday should be mass training meaning a large one while on the work days, it will be a smaller one by which only the active players will do parkour.
