Ban for no good reason?

Hello! i woke up at 6 AM and went to tanki... There was a dude, who said that, he is the greatest tanker and stuff like that (He was realy bad) He said he is rekting everyone with hes railgun m0 and wasp m0 in WO4

Then one dude with low rank asked him to do 1v1 and he got scared and said that, he is not going to fight him.

I said to that dude, who challenged bully to duel that, he have to get m5 stuf to even aim at you.

Now Like hour ago i went to dinner, i came back and typed in chat and i see this...

 

What was the reason? That dude who is rekting everyone has 0.90K/D? That he is calling everyone noob or what?

 

I Was at dinner when i got banned. Probably it was 24h ban. For what?

I have readed a rules long time ago and i remember. One of rules said that, if i CREATE new account to chat or something then also that account gets banned. I didnt created SpeedyRailgun for typing this report...

You might have insulted and if you would like to make a complaint regarding a ban you received or wish to forward any input regarding a Moderator's work, you should contact the two chat administrators   @Shar0n or .

 

Additionally, if you'd like to make a complaint regarding a block you received, you must contact Tech Support. Chat administrators cannot help with that. Next time, please don't post your bans publicly, just contact via PM its administrator(s).

If you say ANY third party program, you get warn. Also developers who posted about Adobe Flash should get a warn, because rules says ANY 3rd party client :D

Standalone Flash player isn't a 3rd Party Client.

Stop using MyTank, it's one of the 3rd Party Clients which can steal your account details and information. Becareful when using that, it's highly recommended NOT to use that Client :)

Flash Player is not a 3rd party software, it is the program on which the whole Tanki is built. MyTank on the other hand is a 3rd party software which is not safe, there were cases in which account information was stolen.

 

If you want, you can continue playing on MyTank, I can not stop you from doing it, but if something will go wrong, there will be no one that will help you out.

If someone post a link to battle on Skype or so, you cannot go to that battle and clicking the link will redirect you to the browser. But simply you can load Standalone and ask you friend to Invite you to the Private battle :)

When you need to buy, And click the payments section, You will be auto redirected to the payment wall through your default browser ;)

If you need to refresh, just go to OPEN and you will find the link at first place which you lastly went, press it and it will be refreshed. (same to do under 2 mins if the Standalone FP gets unresponsive)

If you want to get unbanned, your only chance is to contact the Chat Administrator and know the grounds on which you were banned and if the cause was not justified you will be unbanned.

As answered and explained above, contacting the Chat administrators is the best option to resolve your issue.

 

Creating topics to address moderators' actions is forbidden. You must contact the appropriate administrators directly.

 

Additionally, Flash player standalone does not count as a 3rd party client. The whole game currently runs on Flash player engine. Flash's product, standalone, therefore does not count as a 3rd party client and nor is it harmful for use(you wont risk losing your account information).

 

MyTank is not supported by TankiOnline developers; it is not an official product of the company. Using it is your own responsibility, and if you lose your password/account information, help desk wont be able to help you recover it.
