I have a problem with changing password

I tried to change my password by clicking ,,change e mail and password buttn and clicking the link on e mail for changing it.On website for changing on middle of screen it was writen:,,Link you have passed by is corrupted.''

 

-I also had problem last month, same as this one

Try doing on incognito mode - (Ctrl+Shift+N). If you still fail to change your password, contact help@tankionline.com and ask them to change your password for you.

Do you mean "expired?" It could be you clicked on the link once before, once you click the link once, it cannot be used again, you got to redo the whole process (of going to Settings and pressing the button).

There's a known and recurring problem with players being unable to change passwords while still logged on to Tanki, but we easily found a better way to fix such a problem when you change your account password. Please follow the steps below: 

 

When you want to change your password, click on "Change password and e-mail" and immediately the mail message will appear in your e-mail inbox. Click on the link inside the message, and a new page will appear after clicking on the link which will allow you to change your password. Please note that before changing your account password, make sure you log off your Tanki account. After that, sign in again with your new password, and you are done.
