Nickname Problem

Evening Everyone , I'm trying to change my nickname for 2 weeks now , I've been playing this game for 3 years , my Application denied cause of the wrong information , Sadly the Support team didn't tell me what's wrong with my Information , But I think I know what's the problem , 3 years ago after the Registration , I put My Mom's Email in the Account "Which I can't remember now" , So how can I Remember an Email for a 3 years ??? Do I've to deal with my nickname as it's now ??? Even tho My nickname contains my Real Name And date of birth !

Sorry, but real names and date of births are not related to in-game data of your account (s).

To change your nickname, the Tech Support must confirm you are the real owner and to do so you must answer to ALL their questions correctly, otherwise nothing will be done.

 

Unfortunately, we are not in charge / responsible for these kind of issues or requests, you must speak with the Tech Support and ask them these questions, we do not have replies for them.
