Let players report a player when they are banned from chat

Hey tankers I am annoyed of getting banned and not being able to report a player that is hacking few days ago in a battle some player was hacking and was moving way too fast and everyone was cursing at him telling him to stop hacking he got everyone really mad by stealing they're gold and I tried to report and it wouldn't let me because why oh I'm banned why don't you developers let players report someone when they are banned from chat

Banned players are set in a group in both chat and forum. This group restricts access to several things. For chat, the group restricts the banned user from chatting(obviously) or creating battles.

 

Forum-ban group restricts the player from replying to topics, creating topics & starting Private message conversations.

 

In your case, if your ban is not longer than a week, you must record/keep the evidence and report the hacker the moment you get unbanned as soon as possible. Moderators can still consider a violation valid if it's not older than 3 days on forum.
