That's why I barely play XP/BP anymore. Even if I play, the battle is messed up by noobs anyway

 

Same here. Now I only play battles in EN2 because they are easier to defeat than Russians. And I got a nice package of drugs, atm. ;-;

The main reason I mostly play 1v1s or non-format battles.

No one has any respect, no one follows the unspoken rules of XP/BP, and I just cannot rely on anyone to do ANYTHING, sometimes people join battles just so they can block the space and then go afk, coming back to spawn once every 5 mins

I thought it was just the transition to higher rank xp battles as i just reached them this year, but apparently high rank xp used to be more polite.

Kinda weard transition if you ask me... what's even the idea of winning xp unfairly, just go play normal battles or raid, if you don't care about actually winning with skill and strategy, the funds are higher and you will get on a raid team ez :unsure:

Damn that i would just leave the battle , or invite one of my friends or simply , what i prefer to do in situations like this : FIGHT BACK  

I mean i had a game just like this earlier today with IronElves and abdULLA_RMA , abdulla lagged out and it was 2 v 3 but they still capped 2 flags,however we easily won against those nubs 10 - 6

I didn't lag Newb. I was afk. I had to shift some goods from my car's trunk to my home. They were quite heavy. And when I returned I was lagging and that newb capped 2, so I simply left. :mellow:

I was playing XP with low ranks today and noticed this especially then.

what you are experiencing is the pass over from the players who use to play cp or flag battles ..they have no intro-filtered into your games now

The Only way to play such a Perfect XP/BP Battle Nowadays is to make the battle For Generalissimos Only , Even tho in these kind of battle , a Generalissimo with M2 Will join your battle and you'll leave it , So Don't play XP anymore , or play But ..

Back in the days when XP/BP was not a format, only people really dedicated to XP played the game, thus the XP etiquette from back then.

 

Tanki has then introduced this gamemode enabling many noobs who never heard of XP before to get that combination not knowing anything of the etiquette and kinda starting to kill people as if it was a normal battle. It really is the influence of those people who have destroyed it. I guess it's irreversible and the only solution would be a proper xp/bp format which includes waiting till full teams, flags only grab-able when teams are full etc.

Tell you what, I feel it's partly because of the format battles update. Not that it's bad in any way, but remember that before the update, only super pros with M3 stuff and epic skills would dare join an XP/BP battle in Sandbox on Server 1? Now, even a Major with a PRO pass, who doesn't have the faintest idea of etiquette, can join such a battle, knowing it simply as one where "everyone uses Hornet and Railgun".
