it is a Russian game, so (basic) knowledge of Russian language is a must - the case with the iZida is quite illustrative !

 

and I will stress agan:

the devs should take some serious measures to limit this adolescent infestation ... we already have a critical teen mass of in-game noobs and inadequate forum trolls

a short list of what noobs typically do:

 

- attack with a shaft

- mount a short-ranger (like izida or firebird) on a heavy hull and dash to enemy quarters

- organize battles with firebird on light hulls ... and even worse - enjoy it ))

- do not rotate the turrets for fast reaction

- do not swing the hulls to get better aiming/firing angles

- has never heard of the way to adjust his camera

- have never heard of team duties according to the equipment, such as a defender, midfielder, attacker and in CTF just ride forward to enemy base with a long-ranger

- pick any supplies, even if they don't need them, because "they have a mission" ... often a noob will take a RK in front of a flag-carrier with fading exp

- ask "admin golt pliiiz" ... or "gold was" ... gold falling randomly means nothing to them ))

- want peace and parkour in regular battle modes

- use the battle chat to talk to each other

- discuss battle strategies in open chat

- if they have taken the flag and died and the flag was picked up by a mate, think it was theirs and demand to have it back

- leisure around in team modes, with no clear idea what to do

- fire with twins or hammer from one side of the map towards an enemy on the others side

- use izida to kill in team modes rather than to heal mates (izida is a supporter, a doctor, but noobs use it for killings)

- shoot with rail at my titan in prodigy and wander why I'm still alive

- complain when others use supplies or use OP kits

 

 

will add more ... this list is actually quite long ... esp, having in mind the nowadays contingent in TO  ))

Isida is possibly the most formidable killing machine in the game and strapped to a good hull/paint combo it is almost invincible.  To believe that it's role is to solely support team mates is beyond misguided and takes away it's full potential and is a complete waste of it's precious charge.  

 

Acquiring M3 Isida and upgrading it's offensive attributes at Brigadier rank probably resulted in the most enjoyable and profitable battles I have had in this game.

 

Don't believe me? ... get Medic kit when it becomes available, upgrade isida a few levels, seek out Highways ctf battles and by the time you get to the enemy flag you will be a fully drugged monster which is more than capable of killing all the defenders and taking the flag back to base.

I have almost all hulls&turrets MUed to M4, incl izida and what it usually goes with - hornet/hunter/Viking.

I know better than you that izida is a formidable foe and yet it is NOT meant for killing.

Izida was introduced mainly to be a support gun and this is what it should do !

 

Sure, you can either kill or heal ... but it is the latter choice, that separates the adequate players from the noob plankton !

I see Isida both as suport for Flag takers and solo self-healing Flag takers all the time, both works, both are relevant gameplay.

 

I often are overly agressive with my Shaft/Hunter, progressing and flanking enemy lines, working to get double and triple kills in enfilade. I am a n00b. It also works.

Ive played in hardstyle and daily cups as an isida..

and hell yeah im supporting attack..mm. being the main attacker. I heal midfieldera while im bringing back the flab and heading out to take it.

I've been called noob often even though I don't drug or buy premium account or crystals and yet have gotten Firewall Kit and a well MUd Firebird M2- all without the help of being a drugger or buyer. I'd say a noob is someone who is still learning how to play the game and has little experience, if he is past that point, then he is not a noob, although most likely he is not a pro either.
