How to make tracks animate in 3D softwares?

I am seeing many videos where some people can animate the tracks in 3D softwares such as Blender as in the video below. I really wanna know how to do it. Can somebody help? I use Cinema 4D.

They can also record a real tank moving and then just edit the background out and add some other effects.

In Blender, Curve modifier + Array modifier, then just move the track object, it offsets according to the curve. That's the simple way anyhow.
