Standing up against the over bearing mods.

This is My low old old account. I don't wish to be banned for this post. therefore I have used a dumby account, This topic will be closed I know it will the first mod that sees it will say nope and ruin it. However to those who can get the chance to read this I hope to convey a message. This message is simple straightforward and easy to understand.

 

 

The Mods are over bearing and do things the way they want to. Whether or weather or not it is actually a game rule or not doesn't matter. I had a friend who owned a clan in tier 1 that got hid by accident then deleted forever by a mod. When he asked for it back the mods wouldn't help him in any timely matter, so he gave them a wake up call he said "You are not doing your jobs. I understand that you have a lot on your plate. That still gives you no right to blow a real issue like this off!" said by (@slycleaversmart ) The mods in response said only this "watch your mouth your man" (said by Spacecowboy18 a clan mod.) Now I just want to make it clear that some mods are doing their jobs. Recently a friend @Harry_Potter196 was hacked and help and support gave his account back. This however Is once that I know of they did a good job. A friend of mine got hacked half a year back named  he was a great friend who had just bought a great kit that week he was hacked and the mods refused to help him. He contacted help and support, They proceed to do nothing. They lead him on by asking him all these questions then after it was all though they said the last registered IP address was his. He was given nothing his account was still blocked forever for "hacking" that was never done-by him at least After a while he came back and made a new account @ihatepasswordisback He got all kinds of great stuff but he then quit after all the bad updates. I hope I was able to at least wake up a mod or two. If not I hope to wake up the tankers who think they are safe with mods in the game. Your not they are slacking.

For the first case, if one doesn't give respect to others, he shall not expect back any respect...

If you clearly explain your issue to mods, they always do their best to help you out...

They're humans too, and not your servants at whom.you can shout without actually bothering (neither which is good, rather)

 

As for the third case:

Mate, I don't understand why you're so ignited...be polite and friends, and I don't think you'll stand out 'un-helped'...I don't remember a single case of me not being helped....if due to any reason, they're not able to help, they provide you an alternate...

Lol they have never been of any help to me if they where ever of any help to me then maybe I would have held back my story. However I can't think of one time they have actuary done anything good or me. I got banned for a week by a hacker and I tried to get my karma cleaned to become a mod myself. Then again now that I think about it I would never want to work with the "overbearing" mods who just laugh at your problems. when I reported my clan gone the mod simply said "Lol April fool" I find their ways barbaric and usless

Don't take me wrong mate, but I can't trust you when you're trying to say that mods were trolling...

Maybe you misunderstood something....but please; a mod "Trolling" - can't trust this sentence in an inch...

He was not mean in any way,and what else is there to explain? He said that topic was deleted by mistake,what else did you want?

It is pretty obvious mods do what they think its correct and can`t take criticism,or answer to questions,even when they are prompted to

The only times they answered was when they had a back-up,but never actually said that they make mistakes often

And no "I`m a human" bs,I get it,you can`t cover a whole forum,but when there`s a bunch of you doing this,it`s pretty weird that things slip out of everyone`s hands

Okay, take yourself as a mod....remember that attitude needed (ATTITUDE, not ego - most commonly misinterpreted words) for being a good mod...

Now imagine 2 PMs...one shouting at you, ' hey ** mod my topic got hidden accidentally, i want it back here right now, give it to me'

And second politely asking, 'could you please unhide the topic, I hid?'

Who would you actually want to help?

I leave it all up to you....

 

 

 

I don't say that I cover the WHOLE forum daily and completely....I don't think anyone is actually able to, not even the best mods out there, who spend so much of time and efforts on Tanki...But people just gather the 'glimpses' of important happenings so they don't miss anything...you see?

No one can actually attend to everything...everyone has a life to live...:)

Before starting my reply I want to make you aware that what you posted represent only a side-view of the issues you mentioned — the next time you want to comment / complain over something be sure to have all the details, not just part of them.

• Complaining over something is not a violation, so no need to use alt accounts. You need to understand that, although, there are specific procedures to complain and get listened and what you did is not correct — if you have been banned and you need informations about the ban or you think you were banned / blocked by mistake, please read this: What to do if you have been punished?
• You are addressing all Mods (mind, there are Chat Mods, Forum Mods, eSports Mods, etc..) referring to an issue related to a single Moderator — please avoid speaking so generally, it is inadequate for the ones not involved in your issue
• The Clan topic you are referring to was not hidden by mistake, your friend shared his account on his own decision and the user that entered the account hid the topic — sharing accounts is a major violation of the Game Rules and that topic will not be unhidden due to this violation. That topic was not deleted by Moderators, that topic is kept hidden due to the violation committed by the user mentioned above — he shared his account and lost his Clan topic on his own will and for his own fault, these are the consequences for doing what he did
• Moderators can't do anything about stolen / blocked accounts — we can only redirect users to Tech Support and it is Tech Support deciding if the accounts should be given back / unblocked. They can decide such things based on all the tools, data and information they have and it is up to them to process each request, not up to the Moderators or to the Administrators
• If your other friend used cheats / hacks and his account got blocked it will never be unblocked — this kind of violation is one of the worst that can be committed in Tanki Online and Tech Support will not get back such decision since, as first instance, that decision was taken based on strong and detailed proofs!

The next time, before posting, be sure to have all details about the things you want to post, it is not good to give half-true and incomplete information :)

 

To the other users: please avoid posting random comments or judgements on things you are not aware of. You need to fully understand something before commenting it and, also, adding your own personal declination to things just to add up the hate will not bring an argument up but will only derail it.
