what Russian Community have and the English don't

This topic is made specially   for the English group to post ideas and what we would like in our community ..now we know that the Russian community has a sports section just based on posting about your team and sports your interested in ..I had asked back in Jan for this and nothing came of it ..Now i also see a post from another player about

and we are missing out on so many things they get.They also have lady's teams and chat rooms..

I have to mention that their staff are obviously mature, I'm not saying that our staff are rude, but any 15 or 16 years old can become a MODERATOR in this community like a breeze, I understand that anyone can be mature at any age, but young people aren't a fraction smarter than the old staff members, be real, would you rely on a 16 years old to organize an eSport tournament? It's just not right.

Just a note on your post — there are some 14 y.o. Helpers in RU Community and in DE Community one of the Admins is 16 y.o — in the EN Community, all Admins are 22+ (some even far above from that) and basically 95% of EN Helpers are 17+, 5% are 15 / 16+, no less.

In addition to this, claiming that becoming a Moderator is easy as a breeze is false — before commenting on such things you may inform yourself a bit more ;)

 

The next time, instead of speaking as you just did, be sure to have your facts detailed and confirmed.

Also, just so you know, some of RU / DE Helpers are not as mature as you call them, believe me — you are easily spitting on the EN Community because you claim to know it, but since I know both RU / DE Communities as well, I assure you that those Communities are not paradise if compared to our Community, they are really more like hell.

putting mods ages a side the differences is more currency s why they can afford more then others..also Germans and Russians live all over the word

..i do believe if the currency's were the same i can say more English players would have fully stocked garages but see there is one thing different and that we have different priority s in real life and our wages are also different along with living expenses

 

for mods being rude well i refuse to touch this..

this one i do agree but also treats players with respect regardless if they have banns or warnings cause there is always good reasons why players get them and then some are well you know

In the Russian community, all people speak Russian. People who don't speak that language, come to our English server. If you are on Russian servers and you say something and nobody answers, you know that you are simply ignored. If you say something in English chat, it's almost normal that you aren't answered because like 80% doesn't speak English!

you mean we don't speak Russian and if you went on the Eng servers you would get English speaking...i find in Russian battles i know they speak English but they wont cause there were there kind and there friends speak little to none ..they also don"t want others in there little family but some of us are Russian speaking but like English community better..for me no i don't speak it ..but i enjoy good battles where i find more in the Russian servers..

Russians had it better ONLY because they can buy cheaper crystals compared to rest of the world... Other things, they will kick you aside, xaxaxa! Bring down & equalize the crystal prices before we can talk about full garage!

Yes, I full agree with what you said. But the new person in charge, I believe he's like the rest of the colleagues. I don't think there will be much changes around here. What makes you think that someone new will change anything?

Are you talking about this club and this one? Those are just normal specialist clubs and we have a section for them on this forum. The only reason they aren't popular is because our community is small so it's a lot more difficult to gather enough people with similar interests to make a club.

all i know is i was told by FBI and Yele ..but can't remember who it was  i think more FBI..cause i was also talking to him about changing the report page to make it more easier to see urgent removals

when i asked him about it he told me that they had one i knew nothing about it till he said ..the only reason i asked was cause of all the sports posting from players in the off topic section other then that i knew nothing about it

EN has a lot of immature kids, russian has them mature only because they know how to educate them, so they wouldnt show how stupid they are and immature. 

They have mods who are under 18 and they are famous only because they know what players like. 

We are to matured, and if we wont get Admins/Mods who know what players need, we will die out soon.

I'm not sure what you mean by the whole "they know how to educate them" thing, but from what I've seen, all communities have the same ratio of "mature" and "immature". it's just that the overall numbers are different.

I really think that all servers are equal and if a server gets a tournament other servers must also obtain because I think every community its assets in Esport section and not only the Ru community

what it is suppose to be is if you know what the Russians forum  have would you not also want it here or even the Brazilians group

 

let all have the same equal rights for the contests and in forum chat rooms

 

sure some area in forum might not work for us
