Well, no one forces you to submit something, thus do not feel ashamed of yourself for not doing so, we will not be mad at you either ;)

 

Anyways, if you claim to be a graphic designer, you should know not to waste the opportunity to show your amazing creations world-wide, but well, everyone is free to decide what to do with himself :D

You can submit how much you wish, but don't submit a lot of them - 2 or 3 submissions are enough from the same person. You can post like over 3 videos in one entry and / or 10 images. Just make sure you submit the best quality work you can. It takes a lot of time to go through all the submissions, as there are like hundreds of submissions from different tankers everyday.

Download some of the libraries from here: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=165096&hl=

Then use 3D modeling software (I'm using Unity because I wasn't sure how to do certain things in 3ds Max) and piece the map together using the models and textures given to you. A map is saved as a *.xml file, not a .3ds file, so you can't use a completed map. You must form your own map with what's given. Also, download Tank Viewer (https://yadi.sk/d/9JuoeDx2bSvTa) If you want the models, detail maps, and paints for the turrets/hulls.

for photos you can use gimp or others ..sorry i only have a few i use

Having no category for GIF's, I assumed it would be OK to submit that GIF under the wallpaper category.
