Hey all,
 
The team at the Tanki Online Wiki wanted me to share with you the following important announcement. It looks like a cool initiative and I'm looking forward to seeing what you can come up with!

Tanki Online Wiki wants your Fan Arts!
 
We've seen an increase in the number of users willing to "create" something related to Tanki Online, so we've decided to collect the best creations in our official "Fan Art" section.
 
How can you submit your work? It's really easy!

• Prepare all of your creations and upload them to any hosting site (if they are videos, upload them to YouTube and set them to "Public")
• Save the links to the uploaded files
• Open this form: Tanki Online Fan Art submission
• Select one of the categories and paste all the links to your uploaded files, then click "Submit"

We will leave this topic open for a month (till 20/05/2016), after which we will close the submissions form and start checking all of your entries, picking the best ones, and publishing them accordingly to their category.
 
Once we've finished checking and uploading all entries into our Wiki, a closing post will be made containing the nicknames of all the users who got their creations officially published in the Wiki!

Please note that:

1. Please do not be offended if your artwork doesn't make it into the Wiki. Not all of the submissions will be chosen.
2. The submissions will be chosen by the Wiki team and other helpers, based on their personal preferences.
3. The team's decision is final.

No prizes :ph34r: . Art work is what people do in their spare time to enjoy their creativity.  Its talent and should never be portrayed in that way, so prizes isn't their to encourage awful art work and those who rush it. It ruins the point of doing art for fun as a talent  :P

You can get Helios paint by joining Creativity league - if you think your art is good to get on Wiki page, then you are good for joining CL

Hi all,

 

I want to make something clear here. This isn't about who's popular, unpopular, famous or infamous. This is about taking cool artwork and videos and giving them a platform on the Wiki. Yes, there's cool stuff on the forums, but not everyone looks in there, and sometimes it's a bit daunting to wade through page after page of artwork. The wiki will give it more structure and make it easier to find what you're looking for.

 

I've posted announcements via in-game messages and social media too, for those who don't check the forum. But, if you know someone who might be interested, please do me a favor and let them know in case they missed the official announcements.

But there is already the "Creative League", which I have posted some of my art there :D Here & here.

We want users to submit their creations on their own will. We will not roam the Creativity section and pick things without authorization :)

 

This project is done for those willing to share their artworks with everyone and voluntarily ;)

If this project will bring great results, we will evaluate if we should keep a collecting form open for certain periods of time to collect new entries :)

 

Our Wiki "Fan Arts" section was not updated, this is why we deeply wanted to release this project!

If you want this to get everyone attention, maybe you could consider giving this a little more opening to the EN community by maybe putting it on the V-Log or a small Photo on the Main Tanki page.

I've posted an in-game message and on social media too. Those will probably get more attention than the homepage will.
