Which NHL team are you cheering for during these 2016 playoffs?

I cheer for a Canadian city team, so I decided to cheer for Roberto Luongo's team and Alexander Ovechkin's team. No, the Vancouver Canucks are not "my" team, nor the Toronto Maple Leafs. LOL I cheer for a different one.

I cheer for Luongo because his birthday is close to mine.

So go Florida Panthers!

And I cheer for Ovechkin because Crosby unfairly stole the spotlight away from him.

Go Washington Capitals!

How about you?

P.S. I'll be closing the poll's voting between the end of the 1st round and the beginning of the 2nd.

EDIT: here is an internet link that legally provides links to watch sports (since they want you to gamble on the games, but one can watch, like I do, without gambling): http://live2sport.com/

101, the team I want to win isn't in these playoffs.

So I've "adopted" 2 other NHL teams in their place.

I mention those 2 in my first post.

Thanks to those who vote and/or post...

"None of them because I only cheer for a Canadian city team"

Deadly accurate.

This is the only cup my team will ever get.

I disagree that your Laffs will no longer win the Stanley Cup.

I used to think that until I found out the ownership hired Brendan Shanahan and haven't been restricting his leadership.

But for those who want to mock your team or for those who only want to believe the negative, go to: https://www.facebook.com/loserssince67/

My city, Houston,  doesnt have a team. The closest city that has a team, Dallas, is Houston's rival city, so i cant root for them. I support the Flyers. We came back from 0-3 to the Bruins in back in 2010, we can do it again. If they cant win, ill root for the Wild or the Blues

Do you have an AHL team, HTMF?

And I'm glad you cheer against the Bruins. (nothing evil meant against those who do, lol)

BTW: I cheer against the NFL Cowboys, so I have no problem cheering for the Texans then. hehe

EVERYONE, I edited my first post to include an internet link that legally provides links to watch sports (since they want you to gamble on the games, but one can watch, like I do, without gambling).

Strangely enough, I think my 2 substitute teams have the most Russians playing for them.

I just realized that now and am Googling to find out how many Russians are on each NHL team but so far I can't find the answer.

I know which communities have the most Canadians of the current playoff teams: Panthers' and Lightning's

i guess the phantoms or the wild, even though they moved from Houston. When the wild(ahl, not nhl and were called aeros) were in Houston, they would get great attendance, but the wild(nhl) wanted them to be closer to Minnesota and the arena owner wanted to do more concerts than hockey games

Let's go Hawks! 2 years ago, they were down 3-1 in the series, they came back and beat the Detroit red wings 3-4

It was the same your they won one of the stanly cups!

Let's see that again!

So I'm guessing your nickname is based on their goalie's name?
I used to jokingly call him ''SuperPrice'' as a pun.

My figurative condolences to Htownmizzoufan and BestPrice and myself for the Minnesota Wild, Detroit Red Wings, and Florida Panthers getting kicked out of the playoffs.

Thankfully at least my other adopted team, Ovie and his Washington Capitals, have made it to the 2nd round...

Yes, blues some have skill (most) like terrasenko, but Ott, that goon tries to injur others

The Blues are deeper than your Blackhawks.

What I remember from other years is that Ott is a "goon" but tame compared to other players like "Lucic".

Regardless, my figurative condolences that your team lost the first round.

Shut up, reffs were TERRIBLE off you saw it, ya, you can go hit Teravinan in the face, high cross cross check Toews in the head, but you can't push a blues guy over when he has the puck?!

Ya, let Ott deal with it, goes hits super dirty, one guy hit Rozival in the head, he got a concussion!

<_<

Lucic isn't going anymore with the Kings, he was with the Bruins though......

Ott, is HUGE, illigal checks, Lucic not anymore, he's small too....

Go stars!!!
