Hi,
First

There's a bug in your payment system with SMS

When I send an SMS to 2025 with this phrase: [ PAY TNK SEB_MP ]
I got only what is described in the payment page (see image below)

But when I use Mobiamo method
They show in page that every SMS 24.00 DH gives you 450 Crystal. (see image below)

But When I send SMS to 2020 with the Phrase: [ BUY ]  as they described.
I got nearly 3387 (see image below)

and that's without [ Buy X 2 ] of course.


so what is that ?



Second:
Crystal in the Mobiamo Method is a good deal with a fair price.
But other option is very very expensive for us in Morocco.

So I hope as suggest to make the first method give us Crystal as the Mobiamo method.

What to do if you paid the money but did not get the crystals~

Unfortunately, sometimes you pay for crystals but they do not appear in your account. This is often as a result of problems with the payment aggregator.

Don’t worry! You have not lost your money, in most situations this problem can be resolved quickly! If you have paid for crystals using any payment method except SMS, you can contact customer support of the payment system you used to determine your payment’s status and correct it if necessary.

With some payment systems it may take some time (about 1-2 hours) to confirm the transaction (especially with SMS). Verification of your financial information for security purposes may also delay this process.
 

If your crystals have still not appeared, follow the steps below to help you get your crystals~

**Under no circumstances should you tell anyone on the forum your password, account numbers, phone numbers or any other confidential information. Exclusions are bug reports from the Payment section or emails sent to help@tankionline.com.

1) Click on the Buy button, which can be found near your current crystals

2) Click on the Report button, in the lower right

3) Fill in all the blank fields in the pop up window with true and valid information

If you selected “Other” in the Payment system, kindly specify it in the “Comments”.

Describe the problem in as much detail and as simply as possible. A better description will lead to a faster resolution of the problem.
