This is the right place for reporting bugs and glitches.  If you think this topic is not closely monitored, you're wrong. We keep a very close eye on this topic and monitor every post/report here. 

So,  please,  dont hesitate to report any irregularities with the game here.  They go straight to developers. 

 

What the moderator most likely meant is not to create topics to report such issues, instead post here

Testers are usually handpicked by devs according to their gaming experience, equipment etc.

ANOTHER server crash? UTC 0300 on October 18, 2016. Actually deleted the Cookie Recognition file, so I got it presented again. HTML version is getting less and less reliable, and Client is ridiculous with the server drops that

cost you an entire battle. Can't we get SOMETHING to work without disasters??

He's actually Chat Administrator, but regardless of position, it's everyone's duty to follow rules.

Unfortunately, sometimes I really don't feel like talking to anyone; that's part of human nature. But I still get in here and talk to people, because that's my job and I take it seriously.

The client is getting better every week. They're working on implementing the refresh function.

He's a chat admin, not a battle mod. What you asked him to do, was not his job, and he's busy enough as it is. What's more, when mods are online and they're not on duty, they'd like to be able to play the game without being asked to work. Remember that ultimately, these are players like yourself, with the difference that they're putting in their time and energy to make the game better for people like you, without getting paid. And when you consider the amount of crystals they get in return, it's really not worth the hassle.

I agree. What I meant was that it's not that if you're a mod/admin, you should be enforcing rules here and there. You should follow rule even if you're a normal player.

Yes, intimidation or abuse of chat moderator position is strictly forbidden.

 

Also, chat moderators/administrators are not some sort of "ruthless punishers". They are also educating the players and talking with them, not only to give bans.

Moderators will do their job regardless of whether the offender is a friend, a relative or whatever. And just because a person is an offender, doesn't mean mods can't be friends with that person. The offense is treated apart from the person. Of course, if one is intentionally obnoxious on a regular basis, that person can really hope to attract the sympathies, respect or friendship of anyone, let alone the moderators, whose job this person is making considerably harder.

I finally figured out where the source of inexplicable tolerance and constant unfairness in TO comes from, thanks a lot for this reply.

It's a hobby for some people. It's called "the sheer desperation of wanting to prove yourself right simply because you can't get validation from anything else in your life". Ok, I totally made that up, but I suspect there is a proper name for the condition.
