Hi, i'm Jens and i'm making, like many others, youtube content about tanki. The dream of every content creator is to get spectator. I know for receiving it you must have high quality videos and originality. But that's not all i suppose. So what do you expect even more from a content creator who would give you specator. I'm not asking to give me spectator. I'm just asking what the EN community expect.

The very first thing I look at before even considering giving someone Spectator Mode, is that person's attitude, behavior and history. Spectator can be very easily abused, and I don't want it falling in the wrong hands.

If you're asking about the Kits cycle, yeah I expect as much, although I don't have any info on that for the time being.

We never said the Clan system was coming right after the Domination series. The Clan system will come when it's ready, and we don't have an ETA for that yet. It's a pretty huge update that requires a lot of work, planning and thought. Please be patient.

Unfortunately I have nothing to give you at this point in time. And Perm office is on minimal staff right now since it's holiday season till the 9th. That said, I expect us to get some news towards mid-January. Now that the new turret and new alterations have been released, I suspect the devs will shift their energy back to working on those aspects of the game. Of course, this is just speculation on my part, so please don't take it as fact. However, I promise I'll try to get more info in my next meeting with the devs next week.

Please can you look into this moderators actions last night on the EN2 server, The moderator let a player abuse and provoke continually other player who where on the server at the time inc me, I and others asked the moderator to take action many times but i believe as he was being very stubborn ignored all the requests. 

 

I dont believe the moderator should have let this provocation carry on for so long and should have taken swift action as other moderators do.

When you have a complaint about a moderator, you should speak to the moderator's admin, in this case . The case you're mentioning is old, and was dealt with appropriately. Please don't bring up topics that have already been dealt with.

It's good that this case was dealt with.. and it would be.. a strong signal towards the community, if.. you find some way.. to make this public.

 

I am not talking about a public podest where the mod's name is put onto, and we all may throw tomatos onto him.

His name is not of importance.. nor the exact case.

 

But it would be cool, if the community would know about it. It would increase the trust in Tankis care for acting if something inapropriate happes, or if a moderator abuses his poweres. It would also increase the trust into moderation overall.

 

Maybe you could do the two following things:

1)  you have those yellow lines in the lobby chat, where you broadcast hints and tips to the users. You could create one that's like "Or moderators are volunteers and the work is more stressfull then you think, so sometimes mistakes can happen. If you feel treated wrong by a moderator or if he abuses his powers, please report there (link to forum page with instructions). We will evaluate the situation"

2)  your battle moderator report video could be retitled to a wider scooe. Then you could add a slide with the number of lobby chat moderation reports, in-battle chat moderatio reports, and cases in which moderators abused their powerers and it was dealt with ("we have no tolerace, if they...").

The idea is to correct behavior, not have a public humiliation or witch hunt.

There needs to be a supply balance within battles. Some teams drug many times more than the other and that is why almost all battles are inbalanced. When will tanki finally admit this.

Could you PLEASE ask whoever puts in the non-pro games to stop with the Osa, Molotov, and Bridges nonsense and put in some Rio CTF, some Silence, some Noise so we can have some decent maps?

 

When the new year map goes away we will have nothing but garbage in non-pro games.

I have a (sort of ) related question:

 

Does the map-making mechanism for standard battles include all the maps? Or does it omit some maps like Lost Temple, Dusseldorf, Camp, etc. My inpression is that it only has a few of the maps to select from and I'd love it if you pressured asked the devs about it, to include them all.  Thanks! :)

Well we know that the non-pro battles do not include Deck-9, Magadan and Canyon. Maybe Cedric had these maps in mind. Or are others also not included?

Well, it could be that there are far too many maps and it could keep giving you a type of map (ex. huge maps) when you want others (ex small ones..) main reason I can think of rn... maybe it would be good to change the maps weekly tho? And devs could program it to give a number of few maps, but with wide variety such as big/small etc..
