I am personally satisfied with things going in TO right now .. except one ..

Its about the recruitment system for appointing Helpers ..

 

Particularly about this part ..

 

 

 

It says that If the application was not successful , the applicant is not contacted ..

 

Now my question is : 

1 )  Why is the contacting system like that ??  Why the applicant is contacted only if he was successful ?? 

 

 I know that our admins work hard and have a very tight schedule everyday .. An admin like Issho replies really fast .. maybe other admins don't have the time to do so .. but If one is successful and is contacted .. why can't the unsuccessful get the reply ??

 

I mean that there could be an improvement in the system which indicates the results of an applicant .. whether the applicant is successful or not .. It helps because when we apply for a particular job next time .. we can know our previous defects and rectify it ..

 

Simply leaving may be helpful .. but if the applicant is contacted  even if he/she is rejected , it could  help them much .. Explaining what was wrong in the application and what could help .. will be more helpful  when applying the next time again ..

1) in the future or near future will the forum be closing due to the low numbers using it now...

 

2) is there any sales in the future that would be good ..besides tanki's birthday sale and what date is  tanki birthday sale this  year..

 

3) also if the forum is staying will it be changing to increase or change the sections to give us more or less chat room ideas.. also will the rules in the game be changing due to issues

Maybe because in the offline world of what life is like outside of schools, this is how workplaces almost always treat those who apply for jobs but the companies don't even let the applicants get to the interview stage (where sometimes there are multiple interviews before getting hired, but most applicants don't even get one interview and almost always those applicants are not told why the companies won't even consider them further).

Now why is the "real" world like this?

Mostly because they don't have the finances to fund someone to contact anyone about refusals and also because they don't want the drama of arguments about why they refused applicants. I know because I actually contacted companies about the why. lol

Cedric can obviously do what he likes with this post.

ie/ typical downloadable games (not the ones on cellphones) charge $20-$70 per game just to own them and then some of those charge $ for stuff in the game if the purchaser wants advantages

compared to the browser based games that are typically $0 to start playing but have high $ costs for advantages in the game.

Economically, TX will function just like TO. The client required to play Tanki X is free for download so I don't think in game prices will be any cheaper. Tanki is supposed to be a Free-to-play MMO which means that there will be no cost required to register and play.

Hey all, just wanted to apologize for the silence today. The V-LOG practically eats up most of my day on Fridays.

Perhaps you should be asking the admins that?

 

Anyway, I'll answer it. It's simply due to time constraints, because of the volume of applications we get, there's just not enough time to reply to everyone. This is often how it works in the real world too.

Who is "tanki on line"? If it was an admin, then they've looked into it, and found the mod's judgement to be correct.

 

Staff in the office (Employees, known as devs) don't take part in contests.

i have been watching on my accounts and have noticed that it use to be when i started that the count could be at 55 or more but not when i get on in the day its now gone down to 29 and then around my lunch time it jumps back up to 55 so it has been dropping last year around this time we had over 130 people daily and at night would have been around 55 or lower ..i know players have been leaving due to personal issues ..

 

i'm only asking about it ..we all want to know what is going on to be prepared for the new tanki x or will this still be going on to play in like Seynom said he hopes they can keep it going ..we all still wondering ..nothing wrong with asking

hello everyone,

 

I just got into some confusion about a tanki update... 

say-  in my garage i have m0 railgun and fully micro upgrade 50/50 so that i can buy m1, but get ranked up before i fully finish the upgrade, Or i finish it after rank up  but, At this rank my rank is eligible to buy m2, and i get happy :D  enough to see rank up and i look at garage only to get angry :angry:  about a tanki update beasuse now i dont get discount on m1 or m2(ok fine i dont want on m2) but at least i should be able to buy m1 or should get dicount on m1 right.

Well i tried to ask several helpers but they didn't seem to have any answer to this, so asking in this forum, screeched in other forum also and finally got to know that its waste of crystals and time to micro upgrade like that... <_<

u know i just want have JUSTICE over here, its like tanki is cheating to its gamers or its a flaw in the tanki game 

i am asking in favor of all tanki mates who really love this game and we put our long and lengthy time and hard and skill full work to earn this crystals

I hope tanki developer team takes a look into this matter 

i have given my honset opinion on this and this kind of situation brings uttermost sorrow :(  :( to a true tanker, hope u guys feel my pain and solve this problem asap :(  :wacko:
