I provide skill in addition to supplies.
Whereas the cheaters sometimes add supplies to their cheating...
...but my skill without supplies is not enough to counter their cheating (with or without them using supplies).

 

Because GTi responded to me with a bunch of nonsense, to save time I will only respond to the essence of her craziness:

 

//1- You play STG with friends and one of them blows up mines by "accident" which is cheating,
2- You play XP/BP and SD in base all the time, which is cheating,
3- you push/shoot people off the buildings in parkour mode, which is cheating...

1- True, that is cheating, though not the type I was referring to.
2- False, since it's not against Tanki rules.
3- This can be true or false, depending whether or not you prearranged it with them.
4- Ok, that might be coincidental but you are probably correct that regular users of RU servers cheat even more than those of the EN servers, including on the merged servers.

 

By "hacking" I was going beyond the typical "hyper jumps" (which I am seeing on a slightly increasing basis now) to "artificial lags"...

Hah. What excatly? Having m3 smoky and still dreaming about thunder m0? How good looked the tanks and projectiles looked differently for all turrets based on modification, except freeze? When thunder really was horrifying with its big blasts, which now look like small "puff" with no damage? How rails were able to flip tanks? How noone knew where gold will drop? Random supply drops, No p2w? What excatly players would dislike in that version except sharp prop textures? I dont know. Yes, there was more hacks, but now lets talk about your gameplay, not what others do in their game. I think old tanki beats new tanki in almost everything gameplay releated. Psyhics were much better.

But supplies do give a wipe out advantage as they double damage or armour in the push of a button. Just cut their power in half.

I understand that people who drug constantly are ridiculously OP. But sometimes I want to drug as well, and don't want my drugs to be useless. What about making it so that in each battle, drugs get steadily less effective the more you use them...?

 

But i asked you, what would players hate in old tanki. GTanks became really popular in short time, why dont you let these guys to do their stuff? I know it breaks copyrights, but cant you let him make it? It was great and does no harm to current tanki online.

I go to the doctor, he puts some stuff on my arm which i DONT WANT to, he MUST remove it, or make me to change my mind.

I just say that i dont like it and doctor removes it or improves it so i like it.

true, they are UP on most maps.. but I think this was on purpose to make the players use more nitros (the least used drug now makes more sense).

But even more then the cut in top speed, it hurts to loose the agility (turning acceleration). You can not dodge as good as necessary.. which would be especially needed since the speed was cut.

Hard to say. I was toying with Rail earlier and it was impossible to time shots right due to the lag. The normal Ready-Fire-Aim sequence of Rail was more like Fire-Lag-Shoot a Wall.

Golfinary is funny... if you want to help the game and have the professional knowledge to do it, go ahead and contact Alternative Platform and ask them to help the company, even for little to no payment if you're so wealthy you don't care about money and just want to make the game you play better. Just saying that way you'll have a better chance, and will have access to a lot of useful information.

 

Unless you don't love the game anymore of course, but you keep playing it and trying to affect development decisions makes it look like you still like it. And it sounds like doing some consulting for 501 companies instead of 500 isn't a very big effort for you.

There's something called "MUs". The Vlog code contest gave the top eight a free equipment piece fully MUed. He chose Smoky M2. He got it M3. And even I know well that he's a completely free player. I agree with Kais - it's not hard to be a free player. Be smart and sensible and you can have a brilliant garage. I personally have eight M2s with two of them being MUed to 5 steps (Smoky and Viking - they're basically M2.5), tho I don't have any new modules because the update came at quite the wrong time for me :P WAIT KAIS, how do you have 825k crystals + 8 M2s when all you've earned is 913k?! That's impossible by any calculations even if you're playing on this account since 2011! So weird...

 

I don't play nowadays because of various issues - lag, internet disconnection, can't maintain focus in game especially when playing on IE, client doesn't load, client can't refresh, etcetcetc. Most are on my end tho, just waiting for HTML5. 

 

But since this is Cedric's virtual office and we're supposed to ask Cedric questions rather than fighting with each other and disturbing the office's purpose and Cedric himself, I'd need to ask a question to Cedric. Let me think.... yes I got it!

not sure if anyone is also wondering but it seemed to be a pre taped event only cause if it was live they would not have known the players names , I have seen a live one and the commentators could not keep up to the game in action but now they seem to be knowing thing as its happening . also I did go back to the tape and it was cut off I would like to know why it was , was it a timer that cut it off so they could not air more then they needed too..

I have been there during the preparations of this event so I know exactly what happened. Let me ask you first, have you ever seen a livestream from an eSports event? Because they happen all the time on this channel and you will also find The Arena there. The players that are playing are from the clans All Kind and Penguins, considerably the best 2 clans of our community. That being said, their players are known within the (eSports) community and thus also by the commentators, whose job it is to prepare anyway. So yes, of course the names were known in advance, you can litterally find them on their clanpages (All Kind - Penguins).

 

In terms of knowing in advance what is going to happen it makes sense: The commentators have often been involved with eSports before so they know the ins and outs of the game and know what is usually happening. That is the case for drops, but also for expecting what is going to happen. That's called predictions not prerecorded.

And that is exactly where you are contradicting yourself. If this was pre-taped we would have been able to fix the "system crash" or just redo the thing. Same goes for the 4th round missing, unfortunately the clans were not aware and they left already before they could be told to play a 4th round. That is what happened live. If it was prerecorded? We would have told them to play the next day the 4th round and we would just add that to what we would upload so there would be 4 rounds uploaded.

 

So, yes, this was streamed live.

like I told Cooper I have seen both live and pretaped , the last pretaped we found out on this was cause of the signs in the stadium had a event happening, but the battle happened three days after the event was over . and when they claim it was live players realized it was  cause of this issue, and I asked if It was or not on this one cause of how it ended and in the start of the game you never said there names but further on in the middle and last battle that is when you stated there names / also your play by play was right with the video there was no delay in event posting. this is why I'm questioning it ..so we will end it as what you said.

You must be one of the cheaters that is making the game unplayable. One of these days if you are lucky you will make Legend rank.

There's absolutely no point in going against me because I'm not going against you (I simply don't care about your suggestions and didn't even read most of them), and because of this:

 

You don't know me and you haven't ever played me but you can judge me? Hell to the no.

So yea nothing personal here, just giving you a little suggestion to try a more effective method since you're trying so hard and your current method of trying to affect the game development just keeps failing  :)

 

By the way, just to make it clear, I absolutely don't care about balance in battles, daily missions, cheaters (though I do dislike parkour cheaters, but they are harmless so I can live with them), whatever else you might have been complaining about... The only thing I care about in this entire game is this. Hope that makes it clear enough for you that I'm not judging you and your suggestions.

 

Anyway, as I said, you contact the wrong people if you want to help the game as a professional instead of as just a player who doesn't have access to data from the game analysts and information about the plans for the future of this game. Until you contact Alternative Platform and offer THEM your help, your advice will not be much more valuable than any other player in this game simply because you don't have access to important information, and if you really are a professional in this field then you should be very well aware of this fact.

Closed battles doesnt mean all pro battles, but just the ones with "Private" button.

But yes, we wont be able to do so, because people will make 1 flag maps etc.
