P.S. The bald guy behind me is called Paul. His nickname is "Bombi" (meaning "Bombs") due to his explosive temper. The guy's an absolute powerhouse, and he repeatedly showed us that whatever we did, he could do better, in less time, and with one arm tied behind his back. But for all his yelling, he always approached us at the end of the shift and said "Thank you". That's a lesson I've kept throughout the years.

Q: What does a day in the life of a Community Manager look like for you? What are a few of the duties that you see to during the day?

A: I usually start the day with forum and PMs (I get a ton). Rest depends on the day. I try to communicate regularly with my top people, get feedback from them, and see where they need help. On some days I'm writing reports, on others I'm working on the V-LOG script, and on others still, I work on strategy.

You see, being a CM is all about using your team properly. My team know a lot more about the game than I ever will. They're experts in their respective fields. My job is to figure out how to connect the dots between them to make them all awesome.

A: I seriously doubt it. When taken seriously, the job of CM is quite a handful. I barely manage with this community as it is.

A: Yes, there will be changes. I like to get to know people and their strengths and use those strengths to the absolute best of their potential.

 

Right now, I've got a good relationship with some key people who are doing a brilliant job. Once I see how I can best use everybody's potential, I'll decide whether anyone else needs to be appointed.

 

If you're asking me whether I'll be firing anyone, that depends. I might have said this in the past — I'm not afraid of making unpopular decisions as long as it's for the greater good. I love to give people all the rope they need — they'll either climb it and achieve something, or get tangled in it and get lost.

• building a rock solid eSports and parkour events calendar

• reviving events so you people have something to do even outside the game. UPDATE: "The Riddlers Team" have since started organizing a series of weekly puzzles. A: Hard to tell. I need to test some things first. It seems to me that there's a lot of potential for great interaction, but there's a lot that needs to be done to get it going.

A: I intend to have a good look at all people with spectator mode. I want to make sure spectator mode is only in the hands of people who are actually doing something worthy with it, and that means entertaining the community with high-quality videos. Spectator mode was never intended to be a toy, but I suspect quite a few people think it is. That has to end. But, to answer your question, I'm not opening spectator mode anytime soon. First I revise, then we'll see.

I know im nothing in this company but wouldnt it be better if developers are split to groups?

1 group works on bugs and another group adds bugs (By adding new content) and another group on clan system/machmaking and another group on patches and maybe 1 group on balance.

Ofc all stuff regrding game should be discussed between all developers but i think this would work much better if groups of people work on different parts of the game not everyone on 1 part of it making development slow and hard (Becuse there is a lot of ways on how to add something into game. Each developer might use hes own way making it slower and if another developer finds bug in it, it my be hard to fix it because he dont understand the way on how it was added but if there is small group of people who add the content then it may be easier for bug hunters to learn how each guy codes.)

This would allow developers to just work on 1 thing which would make it easier.

Right now it looks like developers are jumping from that to that.

Try typing 2-3 articles at once. Type some words in 1 article, jump to another one, type some words there, then jump agin and type some other words and just type them like that. After you do it, type 2-3 articles one after another. Start typing one, finish it, then work on second article and then on third. Which were better way of writing those articles? Where you had to jump between those 3 articles or focus on 1 article? Probably the one where you had to write 1 at the time. The same happens with coding.

 

Please pass my idea to developers that they should split in groups and each group should work on 1 thing.

Why you didn't give them spectator mode, who want to broadcast live stream of tournaments and entertain tankers in free time i.e when there is no official tournaments then they organized un-official tournaments to give them another platform to prove their clan activities.

I contact many times to @Cedric Debono but he didn't respond my message, send many feedback to help@tankionline.com but still they didn't respond.

My request is that many of the spectator are not responding! They are inactive of their task then why they are spectator?
I fill Hire a Spectator Form many times in one month no one respond!

So my request is that please provide SPECTATOR MODE to projects holder like TOSL and TOC

Our team is indeed split into separate duties. But you can't spread a team too thin.

What is the meaning of this? You can't do Finish 1st in 1 min, only in 2 mins? How is that an improvement if you really care about stopping cheaters?

 

Why don't you allow finishing missions in Pro battles with special limits? My idea was this:

Minimum number of allowed players at least 8 (to prevent easy 1v1/2v2/3v3 battles on small maps like Island)

Minimum number of flags (10), points (100), TDM kills (100), DM kills (25) if there is a limit.

Minimum time: 15 minutes (if there is a limit)

Optionally: No auto-finish

 

This would satisfy the Pro battle players, and wouldn't be easier to cheat than regular battle cheat.

It is subject to ban yes, just don't advertise it and/or don't get caught (posting a video of it in the forum is the least good idea you could think of). People have already been banned for this and you expect that it won't happen to you?
