Anyone remember that VLOG in which a turret was being designed from which a rocket or something comes out and your camera leaves your tank and follows the rocket thing. You can control it and hit anywhere but the disadvantage is that you can't see your tank. Anyone remember? What happened to it :?

This one was slightly in the middle, he just briefly said what I said. I'm guessing the idea came up but they stopped developing it cuz it wasn't good enough? If only I had enough time to watch 79 V-LOGS.

If you mean a real, official weekly V-LOG, I highly doubt Semyon ever mentioned anything like that. If he had, I would've remembered.

 

Little note though, before my friend quit Tanki, he used to prank me (, in like 2013), he once told me he suggested a turret to Tanki which sounds similar to the one you are mentioning, so he could've stolen the idea from the blog.

Just because you don't remember it doesn't mean it wasn't mentioned. Anyways I'm pretty sure it was in an actual VLOG, not that bug/hack.
