hacking problem

my problem is one guy who is hacking accounts and no one can get him then how screenshot and stolen account will work he has hacked 7 accounts and he cannot be track 

he is using a software i donot know which to hack pls help it out

Do you by any chance know the nickname of the hackers original account? If the devs could get hold of that and have proof of him hacking they could ban him from entering the site and ban him by I.P address

true . I'm sure Alternative Platform /Tank Online has ways to find out who is hacking/cheating...

IP address block isn't going to happen. Developers do not want to completely block players from entering the game, instead of blocking IPs of hackers their accounts are block - this leaves them a chance to start over with a new account and learn from their mistake.

i did 1 stupid thing.....gave my pass to somone else and it wqas stolen i was only first lutinent about to rank up.he had it for a good while but i got it back as u can tell the problem was  that i gave him my pass and he changed it. it was not linked to my email (*****) and neither was hisi fought it took about a week and i got it back :D...if they can do this they can catch a hacker ;)
